On a side note I need an opinion. I know when you switch esters you have to wait for it to run its course through your body before the effects are felt. Example. Your taking test e for 6 weeks and then you start test p. You still have to wait another 10-14 days before the p is felt.

My question is this. I was running tren a (ugl) then switched to pellets. Since ugl tren is Chinese warehouse manufactured and pellets are technically different manufactured will I need to wait the 10ish days before the pellets are felt? Thanks for any opinions or input
 
From my understanding pellets are acetate ester also. Just legitimate dosage if you will. So I could imagine it would only take a couple days consider you already have elevated levels.
 
What is your chest frequency like? Your doing a lot of volume so maybe back off the volume some if strength is the goal.
The first half of my cycle was geared towards size and strength. At this point I'm looking drop some BF and look like a freak lol. But I do chest on Tuesday /Saturday currently
 
I switched from fina to componet TH. Both are TrenA but for some reason I felt like the componet was crap and then around day 9 it hit me and I was like ohhhhhh shittttt. Lol not sure why it took 9 days for it to hit me. Like I said I was already on the exact same mg ester. You will find that running a tren pellet brew is a lot cleaner feeling then runing UGL tren. That may also be the difference your feeling.

I just started at a lower dose and didn't wanna ramp up to early. I'll wait till day 14 before I make changes. I was just curious because ugl stuff is chemically engineered and may be a bit off so I wasn't sure if it was almost like switching compounds.

On Saturday try staying in the 15-30 rep range. Do that for a couple workouts and see what happens. Should definitely help with what your current goals are. You'll probably lose a little strength but alll in the name a freaky size.

I'll see if I can't do some good working sets in that 15-20 rep range with 225. I'm always up for trying something new. From my experience trial and error is all you can do and it never ends

Gotta question for you guys. How often do you find it necessary to refeed on a cut? I'm only gonna cut hard for 21 days. Let me know if you need any other info as far as diet.

If you weren't already very lean I'd say don't even bother doing a refeed since it's only 3 weeks. But since you already don't have a ton of fat to lose, my personal suggestion is to do one refeed after 2 weeks, so a week before you finish.

Well leg didn't really go as planned. I did jack my back up pretty bad a few years ago. Since I've really worked on keeping my core strong and form good. But every once in a while (mainly on squat day with reps) it decides to be a bitch. The plan was 10 sets of 10 with 275. Made it to set 7 and my back flared up to bad to finish. I took a 10-15 min slow walk until it calmed and went on with my routine.
