I've done a great deal of thinking about the subject of pricing and I have consulted the opinion of a respected veteran in this business. I have concluded that I unfortunately will have to eat some of my recent words.
I wasn't privy to the actual numbers involved in the price increases until early yesterday morning.
I know that many of you now have seen some products triple in price (actually some have quintipled for me because I had a really good international supplier). My former international supplier has completely shut the door on shipping hormones out of China. I have been assured that most non-controlled APIs will still be available; but it will be February before I can know if that is true.
So, exactly as @wedorecover and @XKawN stated over the last couple days; I am increasing prices.

I want to offer the rationale for this in the best way I can:

With the absence of TGI and Trenity, the last 2 weeks have been completely unbelievable for me. I am out of stock on many things; but what many of you don't realize is that I was well stocked 2 weeks ago.
I actually made orders to keep me stocked with a now MIA domestic provider, until my international delivery could arrive.
It is now evident that that domestic provider has vanished; so I ran out before the international delivery got here. And of course, the money I spent was completely wasted.
Now that some of my international products have arrived, I will be able to begin replenishing my out of stock items.
The problem is that the new price increases in raw materials make it impossible for me to order quantities sufficient to prevent a perpetual cycle of always being out of something-----unless I increase prices some in an effort to afford larger raw orders now.

A point that my friend made is that there could possibly (likely) be multiple sources on other boards that cease operations. In that event, the remaining sources will have to absorb that business.
I have enough product inbound now to BARELY handle the business I am getting; so to imagine a couple of sources on MESO absorbing a potential flood of business from elsewhere immediately justifies an increase in raw purchasing power.

So, effective tonight. The prices of my injectable line will go up a flat $5 on every vial.

I am completely prepared to receive tremendous pushback and negativity; but this is a decision made after considerable thought and it is final.

I hope I will not have to ever do this again. I appreciate you all reading this and I appreciate everyone who has ventured into trying my products.

Why do you keep mentioning those other sources? Who gives a shit what they did their gone now, and even if they were around still it wouldn’t make a damn difference what their pricing was in comparison to Symbiotics pricing. Different sources have different products with different pricing, and at the end of the day most of it is already too cheap. And on that note, @SymBiotics a $5 increase is nothing. Everyone should be happy that we don’t have to pay more for this shit. @graciebjj weren't we recently just saying this in a different thread..?

I realized I didn't address one of your points----about giving more of the 5mg capsules:

My bottles hold 30 with the appropriate padding very nicely. They may hold 40 with insufficient pading/moisture wicking; but they will not hold 50 anyway. And I have like 25,000 bottles; so I'm not getting new ones.

The biggest reason is that I hand made my capsule counter with aluminum plate on my milling machine-----the old school way.

I like it, it will outlast my life expectancy, it holds exactly 30 capsules, and it took me a day to make something that simple. I don't want to make another one.

I'd rather not post about my crypto wallet choices.
I will say that it is considerably more difficult, if not impossible, to exchange for XMR without VPN set to a different country.

The largest exchange is probably Binance; and you can use it without VPN. I just group Binance with Coinbase and PayPal----too public for my taste.

Interesting - I remember your original picture from your intro with a clear cap maker and didn’t realize you custom made one. I also thought maybe you were using Mylar bags. Carry on sir.

Oh yeah, the capsule maker is clear acrylic.
I also had an acrylic counter paddle too. That's where i got the idea for the one I made. But the acrylic counter paddle was a piece of $60 junk.

To buy xmr you typically need to start with btc and then use a crypto exchange like hitBTC or binance to buy xmr and send back to yourself or use a swap service like morphtoken dot com or shapeshift dot io to get xmr to send back to yourself.

Morphtoken. Need a foreign VPN because their exchange doesn’t allow usa to use it. Buy btc, exchange for xmr through morphtoken, then use either the GUI wallet or cakewallet. Cakewallet is for IOS users only but it’s open source and the dev works closely with the rest of the xmr team. They also have a built in xmr.to exchange, so if you need to pay in btc at all you can do it straight from your xmr wallet.

You say you hear us and that you understand. But no matter how sad and angry I am, I do not want to believe that. Because if you really understood the China situation and kept failing to act in a way that secured more affordable raws, then you would be evil. And that I refuse to believe that.

So a 5 dollar per vial is simply not acceptable to us – we who have to live with the consequences.

You are failing us. But the junior members are starting to understand your betrayal. The eyes of all future customers are upon you. And if you choose to fail us, I say: We will never forgive you.
