All I hear is excuses..I won't bore you with my story. But I will say I shouldn't be walking yet alone lifting . But hey whatever
Well post up your log and let’s see what you’ve done with what food training and cycles. At the very least it will give insight to other members who may be able to utilize it in their training. 8 months ago I weighed in around 220. I’m now down to 185ish with plenty of muscle growth in there.
But again, you’d know all of this if you actually paid attention. I’m not concerned with how much weight I can drop in 3 months. Every time Mac asks which direction I want to take something the answer is always “whatever route sets us up best for the next phase.” This isn’t about instant results for me it’s about the next 12-18 months.
But you already know all of this because I’ve already mentioned it in my log and other threads, you’re just trolling trying to get a rise out of me. In reality all it’s doing is reminding me of where I started and what we’ve accomplished; and it fires me up for the next day. Thank you for that.
