SymBiotics (U.S. domestic)

@SymBiotics try to take it easy man, think about your own health, it's not worth having panic attacks over this.

Although I should not be one to talk, I do get them too over similar stuff.

When things slow down just try to think of a way to manage. Not for us, but for your own health and sanity.

Maybe set certain days every week where you take orders or something. That way you know when it's coming.

ProtonMail has an auto-responder option. Maybe turn it on several days a week with something like "Please email your order again on __insert day___."

Just some friendly advice.
Take care.

If you are waiting on an email from me still; please resend it. I have no more unopened emails in my box.
I apologize, but I will have to stop taking orders until these are packed and I can reassess my inventory. I only landed just this afternoon and I just finished replying to the last of 108 emails. I almost had a panic attack when I saw my inbox because it was like a game of whack-a-mole----each time I would send a reply; 2 more emails popped up.
I hate it; but I just see no way around taking a break from orders to take care of what is already in cue. I hate the feeling of being behind and of not knowing where I stand on stock levels. Right now, I will be packing orders until long after daylight and I have no idea where that will leave my stock.
I am fairly sure that arimidex will be gone though.
I will update pastebin and post here when I finish.
@SymBiotics

I have ordered from you several times and have been incredibly happy with not only the service but the quality of the products you have produced. At the time I’m off cycle and will most likely purchase from you in a couple months to begin to prepare for my cycle. (Although I have enough backstock to run multiple cycles, Gear Hording)
What I am going to say is the obvious that most people are thinking and the reality of what seems to be transpiring that I hope you can shed some clarity on.

This is a very rough timeline for this New Year:

1/1/20: you admit to how the last couple weeks resulted in “stock depletion” due to the disappearance of a UGL and that of a raw supplier as well as being set back from former Pristine Customers.

1/9/20: You STOP TAKING ORDERS due to filling and compounding orders at the same time is “too much for one guy”.

1/13/20: you state you were depleted on other things so will extend being closed in order to compound a “little longer”.

1/15/20: You state you will reopen the next day at 11:00pm

1/16/20: You Reopen

1/27/20: You STOP TAKING ORDERS until Wed Night in order to catch up with orders.

1/29/20: Wednesday - you state you still will not be able to open because you are designing some new equipment for the lab and won’t be able to reopen until Monday.

2/3/20: Monday - you Reopen but cannot ship until Wednesday

2/6/20: Thursday - You STOP TAKING ORDERS in order to reassess inventory

So in summary you are clearly struggling currently with the operation and the size it has grown especially now without TGI and Prestine. I know even Stanny is struggling to keep up with the demand.
What is the plan for your lab? This has clearly become too much for One Guy like You stated yourself. Do you get a rep? Expand and create a team? What exactly is the strategy so you don’t have to consistently have to just close up shop and reopen shortly and repeat.
Your a smart man, I’m sure you will think of something. You have become a valued source here but it’s sad to see you slowly collapsing.

Very happy with my cycle ..
300 test prop
400 mastron
600 eq
300 tren Ace
All from sym. 3 great experiences already. Look forward to more

he ain't collapsing. tf are you on about? One of the strongest traits a person can have is to know their limits and continually abide by them.

smh.

@nealcaffrey16
Perhaps referring to an individual person knowing their limits of their endeavors is great but this in essence is a business and with a basic timeline indicating there is a clear struggle from an operational standpoint.
I am not putting Sym down in anyway, and even stated my satisfaction with product/services but there is a clear disconnect between missing emails, and especially with how many times he has to close and reopen. Meso isn’t just compromised of the people who post but mainly of the majority of members lurking in the background placing orders not to mention the junior members.
At this point with the close of two high volume UGL, his volume is not sustainable from a business perspective and although knowing his limit is great, some type of strategy or expansion is almost required at this point from a One Guy operation attempting to fulfill orders from Meso, this isn’t SST.

So what if his plan is to keep doing what he’s doing, then what? You gonna boycott using him? Who else you gonna use?

The man is doing his best to keep it all together and keep his sanity. Prissy was a shit show the busier he got, TGI went private.

He miss your email? It’s simple, email again. We ain’t dealing in consumer electronics here, there are no store hours or customer service departments. It’s would be great if that’s how this went down but it doesn’t.

As for your question, why not email him and ask him if you’re so concerned instead of him posting the shit on the open web.

First, The open web? This is Meso and is an Open forum with no limits of negative/positive or constructive criticism, I shall post as I wish with no moderator to tell me otherwise.
Second you clearly didn’t read the words I articulated in my initial post, I clearly state I plan on ordering from him soon for my next cycle, and never did I mention I sent him an email. I have been sourcing from him since his launch and have been more than satisfied with my results and product/ customer service.
Everything I mentioned in the timeline is factual and can be cross referenced against the posts of that day.

Clearly the point I was attempting to make went over a few members heads and is seen almost as an attack on this source. The point still stands that I remain satisfied with his product/services, but operational wise he is clearly behind. I commend him for stopping of taking orders which most sources simply don’t do and crash and burn and start sending wrong packs, missing packs, and a whole additional array of issues. He at least has the grounded common sense to react.
So what happens if he continues? Nothing, I will attempt my order and hope for the best I suppose and hope I Order in one of his small windows of being open but in the interim bringing an obvious irregulation to the open for him to address in regards to what his update is from an operational standpoint is for him to answer.
Just as most sources get vetted in the beginning, Meso has always continued to vet to a certain degree to ensure stability and avoid erroneous issues that may be passed down to the consumers.
I truly would love to see Sym grow his successful lab, but currently it is clearly indicated he is struggling, and although he is doing the best he can there has to be a change to his operations so he doesn’t simply burn himself out. I just wanted to know what that was.

so let’s take a little vote, I emailed sym basically asking if he was looking to become a “one stop shop” and offer hgh, domestic is always a plus and quality always important. Would anyone else be interested or am I alone on this one lol.

He did reply, and a source he knows has tested quality gh...

FYI I wouldn’t have emailed non sense if I knew how busy the guy was but is what it is.

I think the timeline was a good idea to be honest. Let sym see it and reflect on in a way to decide the best course to rectify, maybe only take orders every other week for the time being? So many different ways to be effective and efficient,

2 high volume vendors gone. People stocking up in fear of 'China ban'. I wonder if raising the minimum order would help. No idea how many $100 orders he's fulfilling but if it were me, all options would be on the table.

Agreed, that's low. If he raised it to $200 it might stop some smaller orders from coming in and allow him to not be so overwhelmed.
If I were Symbiotic I would raise it even more. Every transaction is a RISK! I don't give a shit about tor or bitcoin and all the other "safe" methods of doing this. Symbiotic has all the risk. Fuck risking what he has built on 20 mls of test and a pack of dbol. Lol. Guys want to play this game I'd at the very least plan out a year of blasting and cruising or cycling/pct'ing and buy it all at once. Less risk for EVERYONE involved.

Excellent point and totally agree. I'd rather make one big order twice a year than a bunch of smaller ones. Less risk for everyone indeed.

That’s almost unrealistic tho, there’s to many other sources and source boards to shop from. It will drive sales away if ya did something like that, I would think.

Not really unrealistic at all. When sources get overwhelmed with orders they sometimes raise the minimum or go private. It wont affect sales at all. TGI was a great example. It was a sound business move that prevented him from going bat shit crazy with all the newbies coming on here just to buy product.

They are two different markets.

Some people don't flinch dropping a few grand on gear.

Other people have trouble meeting the minimum as it is.

If he can handle it, I would say go for both.

He probably would want to get some strategies in place to get less overwhelmed though.

For people like myself who are just starting into the world of gear, it's hard with high minimums and private sources.
With that said however, there are certainly other boards newbies can go to buy the minimum gear until they're ready to drop a chunk of change down for a years worth of gear with a private or high minimum source.

What Sym and Stan have done for people like me is give us the opportunity to dip our toes in with established sources, until we're ready to be making more regular, or bigger purchases with those said sources.

But from a business and personal standpoint I think what Sym is doing exactly logical.

Agreed. I think TGI's was a $200 minimum, I definitely think that helped him.
