Anavar isn't going to target a specific area of fat - that's where diet comes in.

Fair enough Neal, have you run 100 mg of var? Was it like a mild Tren dose for strength?

A lot of guys here would say anadrol or superdrol if your goal is strength.

And yes, strength can be tracked. That’s not the point. There’s placebo effect. What happens to your strength on 4 hours of sleep? Are you in a calorie deficit or are you bulking? Are you a strength competitor or Joe Bro the bodybuilder?

That’s why MESO doesn’t go off of “has anyone run this UGL’s var” feelzzz and gainzzz reports.

I use a reverse pyramid method for strength so it's easy for me to be objective even with the factors you listed.

SD nearly killed me (enlarged heart) so it's a no no. I don't like wet compounds so no A-bombs for me. I like my gear like I do my humor.

so, am I to assume that only lab test results are to be the only measure we go off of w/r/t gear efficacy? IOW, cycle logs etc are generally speaking not considered as valuable data points? This has more upside than downside if indeed correct.
 
After 3 months, there was a significantly greater decrease in subcutaneous (SQ) abdominal fat in the ASOX group compared to the TE and PL groups although body weight changes did not differ by treatment group. There was also a tendency for the ASOX group to exhibit greater losses in visceral fat, and the absolute level of visceral fat in this group was significantly lower at 3 months than in the TE and PL.

That was a study comparing anavar to TE and Placebo.

If you read other forums you’ll see posts where it’s like “on 25 mg/day of XYZ Labs anavar and my bench is up 50 pounds in 2 weeks and I lost 30 pounds of fat. It’s legit [emoji91] AF.” That’s useless. Dude is all excited because he got a free pack of caps.

We also don’t want the opposite “I’m on 150 mg of XYZ Labs anavar and I’m losing strength, I’m bloated from all the pizza I eat, and I don’t have shredded abs. Shit MUST be bunk AF!”

That’s where those posts were going the other day with the “bro, you should be getting tren-like results...”

Compounds effect everyone different, everyone’s diet and training is different and that’s why we don’t value the feelzzz and gainzzz reports. You’ll see that consistently thru MESO. It’s not just me. I feel like you are referring to the “Anecdotal Review” Section in SST. Just full of feelz, no pip, felt smooth , boner and I feel pumped reports so source is definitely gtg!!!

No doubt about it, Superdrol and Anadrol for max power, a powerlifters favorite .. more common in powerlifting than strongman.. I’ve been around the best in the world and almost all choose abombs before meets

Hey man what do you mean SD almost killed you? Did you already have the enlarged heart or was it cause from the SD?

Zero cardiac issues prior to this. friend if mine (also an avid gear user and med school grad prior to DoD work) helped me navigate it as I was uninsured at the time. but, yes, no other issues prior. ceased SD and stayed only on minimum TRT and did nothing beyond treadmill for 6 weeks. was back to normal. massive fluid retention in both legs, it was disgusting, and I could feel it drain down thru my body when elevated. legit the scariest shit of my life.

Shit man glad you are ok! I have SD I was going to run at the end of this cycle, and I was already on the fence about it but fuck that lol.
