This is stuff you should have known BEFORE buying something like DNP. Not to distract from Symbiotics thread, but there has been a lot of talk about dosages in Shreddeds thread. Go take a look around there for recent info, it'll help you.

I don’t endorse any source, but Sym is the most on point guy, so I’d go easy on his. Start at 125 or 250/day for 4 days to see how you tolerate it. Days 5-14 double up or take 3 and see how you do at that. If it’s legit dosed, it’ll kick your ass.I read the dnp sticky last night. im just curious I’ve competed and stuff and never ever thought of dnp. I’ve always heard it’s pretty hard core. Why do people choose it over clen, abuterol, and a good diet. I’ve never done t3 either or t4. I’m just wondering if it’s so harsh why people use it

I’ve done about a total of 8 different dnp cycles in the past 4-5 years ranging from a week long to my last dnp cycle 6 weeks. Always start low. I start low on every cycle no matter what. 100-200mgs a day. Give it 4 days and ramp up slowly to figure out how you react/how much you can tolerate.
I typically like to run at 400mgs a day. That’s where I’ve found for me I can tolerate it the best. I’ve gone up to 600mgs for 10 days and I’ve never been so miserable in my life. I had to call off work because I just couldn’t get out of bed, lack of sleep from sweating/the heat.
However my last run I decided fuck it. I’m just going to eat whatever I want and see what happens. No lie, my hunger was so insane I was eating a minimum of 10k calories a day from anything/everything and I still lost 30lbs give or take if fat while holding onto all muscle mass.
It’s good shit but proceed with caution. It can kill you if your not careful.
Now I actually prefer to not use it while trying to lose fat. I would rather feel better physically than feel like shit because I work construction I just cannot function on it at work.
