Yes sir!!! People are using weaker and weaker foundations establish their identity in. Pride and ego are easy to break. But true confidence stands strong in the face of a challenge or oppression.
Confidence comes with humility. Having a large ego which is the opposite of humility just builds an illusion.
You break the illusion, you break the person. Light work! But real confidence that has been established through a healing process and experienced. Good luck trying to break that person!
I’m a believer myself, I actually used to roll with the Devil. A lot of the things I learned in that time where theories/formulas that were already in the Bible. I was a crazy fuck though that didn’t want God. I was God, and established enlightenment along the way.
To make shit short, some Heavy shit went down in my journey, I swallowed my pride and God saved me. Happened after cursing him multiple times because it wasn’t what i “wanted”. So I thought.
But anyway Man! I’m right there with ya! It personally doesn’t sadden me though. As a Christian God gave us a heads up on this shit. So no surprises there. Lol
I know me cussing seems rather weird considering I’m Christian. But there is a difference between cussing and cursing.
One is evil, the other is an accentuation.

AMEN ! Ego is a mask to cover up insecurities. Confidence is embracing your fears and insecurities. The fitness "clothing" is just one example of this. Also, conformity. Everyone will follow the herd instead of creating something unique for themselves.
All ifbb pros are unique and have their own way of doing things. Training is one. Now , it's gym shark and these dumb powerlifting routines which are ineffective. I love powerlifters and the community , even though I train for bodybuilding. BUT, REAL POWERLIFTING AKA WESTSIDE BARBELL. Not gym shark youtubers . I also believe these companies are down for the "anti masculinity" concept.

And man I am sorry to hear what you had to go through, but everything happens for a reason. Sometimes you have to find the evil to find God .
I personally always had faith, but had to go through some HORRID stuff including PTSD to really give my life over to God completely. And to strengthen my faith by reading the bible, praying, etc.
And completely agree, most Churches are corrupt especially roman catholicism which is basically satanic worship in disguise.

and no worries, I cuss too although I try my best not to. Cuss and curses are two different things.
We all make mistakes, no one is perfect. Hence why Jesus had to pay the wages of our sin. I do as well.
I wont use God's name as a cuss word aka using his name in vain, though. I use to but managed to actually stop doing this. Before it was just so ingrained in my psych and I didn't have the knowledge of it's sinful nature.
