SymBiotics (U.S. domestic)

Important update:

Someone did "Return to Sender" on a package. This creates an enormous mess and risk for all of us.
I cannot ship from that location ever again; and some packages were labeled to do so.
I have to relabel all of them, completely change packaging, and send them from elsewhere.
With the multiple incidences of bad addresses and, now this; I will have to go farther away for shipping.
This CANNOT happen and there will be ZERO TOLERANCE for address errors. This person will never again be allowed to order from that email address. I may even exclude the entire zip code; and that will possibly affect people unrelated to this incident.

I have to say that I am very much irritated by this. There is no acceptable excuse for this.
The members in this community do an excellent job of policing the intentions and methods of sources; and this is a great thing.
However, there are multiple members of this community that have put me and, ultimately, all other customers at risk by not taking this business seriously. My intention here is to make money by doing a good job; and neither portion of that symbiotic relationship is possible if unnecessary attention is drawn to the business.

The stupidity of some people honestly amazes me. I’m not the brightest bulb in the box, but I can thankfully say I’m not that fucking moronic. Hopefully this doesn’t absolutely destroy your business and us as consumers

Don’t eliminate a zip code for one bad apple, your job in its entirety is a risk. That’s the game your playing. Can’t take it out on others. What could be a solution? Is there a way to check an address before sending it off for new customers? At some point you should know your repeat guys and know who’s new, or maybe not, maybe your just that busy and not that dialed into who purchases but there has to be a way to keep everyone safe with a fail safe method to ship these packs and make sure the destinations are accurate. I don’t source so I don’t know, I’m just shooting from the hip here.

While I almost always side with members in this instance I have to side fully with the source. I have ordered from Sym on a number of occasions and I have to say that I certainly appreciate the effort he puts into packaging and OPSEC. It is top notch imo.

Just as sources should be called out for scamming or having bunk product I believe that members need to be held accountable for reverse scamming or just plain doing stupid shit.

One thing I would add to this which I think its actually a good thing, is that I believe Sym is one of the few sources that actually deletes emails and doesnt store info. Every source says this but from personal experience I believe there are few that actually do.

Without delving into too many specifics I am fairly confident that Sym doesnt store info and deletes emails, which I believe is actually a very good thing. That being said I agree with you that ideally others wouldn't be punished for one persons actions.

Welp, looks like it’s time to go Private @SymBiotics. Cuts down on the bullshit like this. There’s a lot of assholes out there.

This guy probably thought he was being slick using an address that he thought he could get to before the actual owner did. But grandma got her mail first that day.

Or that fucking hacker/extortionist is back again.

I second this. Definitely going private will cut alot of the bulshit

Tinfoil hat time! Is it a coincidence that Connor orders and one week later Sym gets a "Return to Sender" ? jk LOL

Just some food for thought!
