For those who are wondering I got an email from Sym about a half hour ago. Hopefully he won't mind me posting this but he said the floaters would only affect orders after June, as this is when he ran out of the old wraps. This is reassuring to know for myself and others who have earlier orders.

He has offered to refund or replace the order, and was very apologetic.

Everyone can make their own decision but I respect the fact that he was so prompt to make things right and I have never had an issue with previous orders.

Hopefully he will chime in with a new safety protocol later today.

I don’t like speaking for others, but I too received an email from sym this morning. Don’t know what is planned. Nor can I speculate. The only thing that came across very clearly was he is “doing everything he can to find a solution” So, I guess that can be seen as a bright spot. We will see what happens. Hopefully he doesn’t mind me sharing that as it is only a portion of the email. What was discovered is tragic, but hopefully there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

I’m not trying to knock him or judge him, I just think it’s a strange way of putting your faith out there. I hope everything works out for him either way.

You know the answer to that. One bad apple ruins the whole bunch. Who is to say a vial is g2g after this? Simple. You can’t. You can believe that Symptoms knows exactly what went wrong and when it went wrong and will fix it. Or you can believe that if it happened once it can happen again? Easy choice in my eyes.

This is a double edged sword for me TBH, because if we call ourselves believers, how can we knock someone like Sym while supplying him (or others) with our money for partaking in the same illegal activity?

You would have to ask him. He has been fairly prompt responding to emails. I emailed him late last night and had a reply first thing this morning. He offered to reship my entire order which I felt was fairly generous.

I ended up tossing my entire order from the one that contained floaters. While this was a mistake I have always found Sym to be a stand up guy.
