SymBiotics (U.S. domestic)

Yeah he won’t throw it away. He was not willing to spend 2-4K on our saftey, now he will have to re-brand and spend 6-8k and finished sample reports.

Serves him right.

It'll be pretty easy to tell if he actually started over or if he just chose to take two weeks off and then started sending the old vials anyway.

Thank you.
The reason I was not interested in refiltering it was the time required to return disparity: I have tons of oil filtered and ready to vial; and I would likely not even have the old vial caps all removed and poured out before the new vials come in.
I used all my money and free time to buy raw materials over the last few months so that I could not purchase any more for a long time.

Of course I don't want to throw the stuff away. I am still going to use it for myself; but there is tons of it and nothing else to do with it other than throw it away.
Like the EQ that tested at mid 200mg/ml a long time ago----all those vials are perfectly fine and sitting in a bin in the corner of my lab. I haven't sold a one of them; but they are just sitting there taking up space.
I'm trying here and I appreciate the input.

I find it hard to believe that it would cost more to refilter vs taking a total loss. Hell, you could easily refilter a lot of it into those 100ml jugs you sell, thus cutting down on the cost of new vials, time needed to fill up 12ml vials (filling 1 100ml = 8.33 12ml, so time saved), and bolstering your stock of those more niche items. You’d have a ton of large vials filtered and ready to go and you’d eventually make your investment back. Stop thinking like a science nerd and start thinking like a businessman who’s got to make a fish stew on Sunday after you discovered you were oversupplied for your Saturday grouper special that wasn’t so popular. Be a little creative. Or trash it and be in the hole thousands of dollars, all the while worrying about how to make up for a huge loss, feeling the pressure mount, and eventually cut a corner somewhere to try to make up for lost ground. And then you get caught doing something stupid (that you knew you shouldn’t do but you were overworked and sleep deprived and hey it seemed like a good idea at the time) and end up going out of business. Your call, man.

I assume he’s factoring in the time involved to re filter? I ask this as a question because I honestly have no idea how long something like that would take. The bottom line is I’m pretty sure Sym has made quite a lick in the year or so he’s been here so I don’t think tossing it will hurt him too bad.

Pictures of the refiltering process with date stamp. What are the lot numbers up to this point? How will the refiltered be assigned lot numbers, same as before or completely new? The refiltering is for your benefit as well, each vial will be inspected with a magnifying glass by probably ALL meso buyers. You can figure it out, it’s not hard, just tedious.

Thinking like a business man would work!

Those old EQ vials that tested in the mid 200s, label them as such and run a sale.

As far as the current situation, I have no comment. I hope he gets it all lined out. Hate to see anyone do bad.

This ^^^

I checked a few of my vials lastnight and no floaters so far. Have quite a few more to check. However, a few of the labels did have some debris stuck to the back of them. IDGAF about that.

If it was me, I'd re-filter everything. And at the very least check each and every bottle for floaters. Ones that have them get trashed or re-filtered. Tedious, yes, but it would give everyone peace of mind.

I'll probably get flamed for this, but...consider the fact we've all been using his gear for quite some time and no one has an infection. So I have to believe that its all sterile for the most part. I'm certainly not throwing out any of my stock over this. Unless I find something in any of them. Could some not be sterile due to the specs and other things found by a few members? Possible but certainly but not worth the risk.

Hope this all gets resolved in a way that makes things right with our community.

I’m still waiting on an order from a week and 2 days ago *thanks USPS* but informed delivery tells me it’ll be here tomorrow. Going to be inspecting my vials just to make sure. I’ll probably re filter it before I use it....just to be safe

I’m curious where all the debris on the back of the labels is coming from? The air and or surfaces in the lab must be littered with debris for it to have ended up on what seems to be the majority of label backs.

I'm curious about this as well. I found a few of my labels with debris on them.

Hello everyone.
I have finished opening and replying to all emails except new order messages.

I have decided that I will discard my injectable products and begin anew with the presterilized vials. No discount. No pre-finished status. Just starting over. I will keep a stockpile for myself; but I don't expect to sell seconds.
It has taken me some time to get outside the situation and view this in the 3rd person; and I honestly don't want to be known as a secondhand store. The thought of that is nauseating really; so I apologize for the suggestion. It was a lapse in judgement.
To the best of my understanding and investigation; the sterilization of my own vials was the only process error I have made. It should be 100% corrected by using pre-sterilized vials. I have enough raw material left to start over on a small scale.
It will be the better part of 2 weeks +/- a few days until they are delivered and filled.
I appreciate your patience while I work through this.
So your shoulder is out of a sling now? Swear just a week ago you were claiming you’re in a sling and can’t do things efficiently.

Honestly hope you realize how detrimental as life altering it can be to not only the person who gets the infection, but you. If you won’t do it for the community do it for yourself. Throw it out or refilter it and provide proof.

Same... haven’t had much time to thoroughly inspect but the few minutes I did have I snapped this pic. When looking at it it looks like floaters but the pics look more like rat shit stuck to the labels. When I get some time I’ll peel the label off.
