We do have another good source on here which consistently tests well, it’s just that their domestic prices suck. Big time.

To piggyback on my last comment, it seems to me that people want cheap gear with all the perks of being tested and well presented - and who wouldn’t? But the old saying rings true: you get what you pay for.

I've been reading this thread for a few days now...boy, what a shit show!
I was ready to pull the trigger on Sym, even sent the order email. I just so happen to look at the fiasco with the floaters, and decided to hold off and see what transpires.
Now, days later, I have decided that this source is simply not worth losing an ass cheek, or worse! This has been going on for months, and most seem to just blow it off. If you truly give a shit about harm reduction, this would not be allowed to become the "norm!"

Hard to believe he’s tossing the old stock. That’s a lot of dough. Now buyers are left questioning if it’s really the new stock....
because he is spinning his tires. The 15% discount didn’t work, so now he’s gonna try to say he will toss it all....

Then people say I am just patronizing and being mealy-mouthed----lying to just pacify you. I don't do that.
I want to fix this. I am trying to fix this. But how can I when there is no unified measure of what I should do to fix this?
I didn't do anything with malice or with carelessness or because I was too busy. I made a mistake and I want to fix it.
What in the heck is it that is so wrong with admitting imperfection and attempting to do better about it?
I am, and have always been a resilient individual; but attempting to satisfy here is starting to look like a maze with no end.
It is true that people are still trying to order and I could make money from people that don't use MESO; but I don't want to do that. I want to remain here and I want to fix this.
If I do not have permission to do that; then please tell me rather than running things around in a circle that leads right back to the skepticism that the black market is made of.
This is an illegal enterprise and I am doing my absolute best to be a respectable entity in it. I hate to ask for help with this; but please unify yourselves and tell me what it is that you desire from me. I will most likely comply.

There’s too many new guys that are in love with you. They’d let you slide.
It’s simple though:
Make the guys with complaints whole.
Toss the old stock or refilter. Any more floaters going out and you’re done. You’d be foolish to send old, possibly contaminated stock out.
Clean up your labeling - no black dots or hair stuck to it.
If you get too busy. Stop taking orders until you get caught up.
You’re on shaky ground and this is like starting all over again.

As @BigBaldBeardGuy said - refilter. Make sure your new vials are clean and check everything over before filling the new vials. Double check every vial before sending it out to check for floaters.
A uniform consensus on Meso? Lay off the holy water, Pope. Here's a thought tho- you're going to destroy all current product? Post pics and or a video proving something. Change all your labels and the colors on your vial stoppers going forward.

Same here, except I do have a few orders from @SymBiotics that I was planning on diving into for an upcoming cycle.
After reading this entire thread and especially since this Floatergeddon started, I've thought long and hard about what to do on my end.
I've inspected all of my vials thoroughly multiple times, finding no floaters/debris of any kind. That said, I've decided I AM NOT putting this stuff into my body. I have had significant health issues in the past and I simply cannot chance putting my health at risk. I mean, I know I am anyway in the world of AAS but I strive to be as safe and informed as I possibly can be. I don't feel comfortable using this product at all anymore.
So I'm tossing all of my orders from Sym. It's a huge waste but I feel like it's the only logical choice for me. I'm not going to re-filter these vials; I have zero experience doing any such thing and do not feel comfortable doing so. If I did, I would have ordered all of the materials needed to brew myself from the start.
At this point, I'm chalking it up as a sad, considerable (for me), unfortunate loss. A refund for my orders would be fantastic but I don't know how feasible that would be.
It's a damn shame but that's the breaks.

If he does toss contaminated stock, some people still won’t believe him. It’s really about giving benefit of the doubt when it comes to that. Other than that, everything you said seems on point. Especially not taking new orders if it becomes too much to handle. That leads to less focus on examining orders and trying to get them “out the door” as quickly as possible.

The reason I was not interested in refiltering it was the time required to return disparity: I have tons of oil filtered and ready to vial; and I would likely not even have the old vial caps all removed and poured out before the new vials come in.
I used all my money and free time to buy raw materials over the last few months so that I could not purchase any more for a long time.
Of course I don't want to throw the stuff away. I am still going to use it for myself; but there is tons of it and nothing else to do with it other than throw it away.
Like the EQ that tested at mid 200mg/ml a long time ago----all those vials are perfectly fine and sitting in a bin in the corner of my lab. I haven't sold a one of them; but they are just sitting there taking up space.
I'm trying here and I appreciate the input.
Just make a decision and be confident about it.
Like I said in a previous post, meso gonna meso. Much of the flac you are getting isn’t even from people who intend to use your products.
Personally I think this entire thing is ridiculous. Like I noted, I’ve got floaters in vials directly from the pharmacy on 2 separate occasions. If you spend any time in TRT Facebook groups you’ll see it happens. Not very often but it happens, even at the highest levels of quality control. Has Watson lost any business? I think not!

Having to refilter practically all of your stock is time consuming. But, it also eases people’s minds. Which in return leads to returning customers and even new customers. So while it may be a pain in the ass. It’s worth the time, in my opinion of course. Especially when it comes to a persons health. You can get back on track, but it will be a process. Take time and don’t rush through it. That’s just my non professional entrepreneur advice

Refiltering gear is a lot of time and money spent. But the alternative is we pin it. So you are basically saying our health is not worth your time?! That’s the vendor messaging I’m receiving.

Refiltering is probably your best bet to go with if you don’t want to throw it out, yea it might take you quite a bit of time but the alternative if somebody on here gets seriously injured or worse from it. I personally refiltered the majority of my recent order from you and it is a pain in the ass and something your customers should never have to do or even think of doing.
Agreed with the refilter on the current stock @SymBiotics and have them in your new pre-sterilized vials that are arriving. I’d look into new labels as well and ensuring these don’t have things stuck to them. You probably get these made from a 3rd party so consider going elsewhere for the labels or making your own. Double and triple check prior to sending.

I know they are far and few between but there are a few Anabolic Source Boards for the Blind and The Near Blind. I do believe boards fees are cheap, 500 to 800 dollars a month ( might be a 6 month up front commitment) but I think it would be a perfect fit. The only additional cost I " see" besides the board fees would be the cost of Braille labels. IDK?????.....at least you will be able to sell all your current stock.....just trying to help....bouncing ideas....
