It’s not lost, it’s just not moving because the postal service that delivers it is temporarily not delivering it. I would not email my rep about that. Syn doesn’t own Canada post. You want them to ship your order again so you get 2 of them for the price of 1?

Not at all. As I said, it wasn't moving prior to the strike. But perhaps all mail just slowed down in the days prior in anticipation of the strike. I'm patient and have enough extra to last several more months. Was just curious what their protocol is.

Does anyone happen to know what Syn's typical response to a delivery lost in transport? Not a porch thief but progress hasn't moved since before the strike. Now with the strike, I don't have much faith it'll get to me at all.

Typically it takes a day or two before it would update in the system so say if he dropped it Thursday it wouldn't hit the system until Monday but they went on strike Friday morning so if you ordered between Wednesday and Thursday your in limbo because of CP. At this point if it was me your going to be told to wait until after the strike before anything gets rectified which makes sense to me.

I wonder if any ugl have moved to purilator? or just waiting it out.... I think there is going to be more chaos then we expected with this strike... I mean these grunt workers make more than teachers, profits are down year over year... doesn't add up, I think they will run cp into the dirt so we can have corporate mail...

I know of one so far that are going the courier route.
