Not at all. As I said, it wasn't moving prior to the strike. But perhaps all mail just slowed down in the days prior in anticipation of the strike. I'm patient and have enough extra to last several more months. Was just curious what their protocol is.It’s not lost, it’s just not moving because the postal service that delivers it is temporarily not delivering it. I would not email my rep about that. Syn doesn’t own Canada post. You want them to ship your order again so you get 2 of them for the price of 1?
