T3 - liothyronine sodium (cytomel)

Another note is that supraphysiological levels of T3 elevate SHBG substantially, which in turn lowers free testosterone. This is obviously countered by exogenous testosterone.

I realize that the above theory you have with SHBG has been said many times, but there is no evidence that all else being equal (amount injected, liver metabolism, etc) that higher SHBG reduces free T nor does it actually make any sense that it would -- there is no mechanism by which it would do so. Other than at the time of increase momentarily resulting in a matter of minutes' worth of the day's production of T or a matter of micrograms of the injection going towards occupying the extra SHBG, but then once that is done, no further effect in reducing free T.

What kind of weight loss did you experience? did you stack with anything else?

Yo bro, read my post "Extending Clenbuterol Usage with Benadryl". I got good results from clen and a clean diet. I just started T3 a few days ago, so give me a few weeks and we'll see what happens!

T3 treatment produced significant losses in both lean mass (1.5 {+/-} 0.3 kg) and fat mass (2.7 {+/-} 0.4 kg) by 6 weeks, with similar reductions in both at 9 weeks.

The study design failed at their stated goal of maintaining bodyweight:

The diets were designed to be isocaloric, and total intake was adjusted individually with a goal of weight maintenance throughout the study.

I wonder what would have happened to body composition on a truly isocaloric diet - or even better a hypercaloric diet. I'm curious about results on 9 weeks of 50-75micrograms if maintained or gained weight?
