Tank is out the game for a very long time. Maybe for good:(

Its crazy talk to say you'll never lift again. They'll fix you up, maybe you'll be part-man, part-metal like Wolverine w/o the claws.

What's up truck. For 13 years I been training with intensity. 2 years "Enhanced"
The whole time my staples were
Power Cleans
Deads
Squats
Bench
Overhead press

I do accessorie work too. Gotta look good for the ladies. The exact lift that took me out was overhead presses with 80lb dumbbells. Not really that heavy. Deads have only strengthened this area. I knew I had this injury. I was chasing that pump. Same way I chase the dope sack way back when. My body was telling me day after day to rest. To take a week off. See a doctor. I played myself. Ignored all warnings.
Now my life as an athlete has been compromised and potentially done for good. Shits sucks bro. I'm hella disappointed in myself. My lack of self discipline. Running on my own free will, instead of something bigger then myself. I look up to you Truck. If I could offer you a nugget of truth it would be this.
If your neck hurts. Don't do overhead presses that day.

Tank

Overhead presses behind the neck is what took me out of the game 30 years ago , so hearing it was "just" presses doesnt surprize me at all . My Doc told me I shouldnt wore a back brace when doing heavy pressing exercises because of the strain it puts on the lower back ...

Right now I have a partial bicep rupture from squats , it was the indirect effect . Who would have guessed squats can hurt your biceps ? Not me , lol . Stay strong Bull
