Tbol or Anavar: which do you prefer for a more cardio-intense cycle?

I’m about to start at a cycling and trying to choose between Anavar and Tbol. The only other compound is testosterone and at a cruise dose. Preparing for marathon season.
 
During season i mix in some anavar. Lower back cramps at +40mg. So normally i do just 30mg.

Sounds crazy but to me dbol works even better. Just once every second week pwo. cause you dont want to gain to much water / weight. But i can run like crazy.

There is nothing like hgh. 3iu an hour before having a proper run. Took 10iu before marathon. Recovery is crazy. Its simply the best and feels much better and is less toxic.

This is really interesting. I’m curious - how do you handle eating if you are dosing right before a run? I’d love to be able to do this. I run within 30 mins to an hour after waking up but I need a little food in me especially before the long or hard efforts.
 
That's all in your head. HGH doesn’t work like that.
How does it work then? Do you think it could/should be taken before a long run to enhance recovery? If not, how do you think it should be taken? Many endurance athletes rave about the effects of HGH but I’ve really struggled to dial it into my regimen appropriately.

It works long term by slowly accelerating repair pathways. It is not an instant preworkout and it is not a steroid. Google is your friend for this one.
 
Take it the whole season. Four times a week but always pwo. To me it works like that over 10+ years. There is a reason why endurance people do it since decades. But thats just my Personal expierience and my opinion. no science four sure.

both are terrible for running. Tbol made it almost impossible to do long cardio sessions for me. Anavar only slightly less so. They make my calves and lower back so pumped they hurt.
