Hey there!! I'm back!! Thanksgiving was great! Aside from my dad wanting to pour wine into our cupped hands, things weren't too bad. It's weird how regressive the disease is. In my family we love salty nuts (insert joke here) so I had some out. I also had some Reese's pieces left over from a recipe and I threw them in there. I watched my dad eat 85% of what was in the bowl. My sister and I just watched and both of us remembered being chastised for eating too much of the appetizers (don't make a meal out of it!). But he had a good time.
Thanksgiving was the only day I let the wheels come off but the rest of the weekend I did not make good nutrition decisions. This morning was the first breakfast I had that didn't involve a crust or cream (cheese) for a while. I hate that I wasted that time but my body seems to have forgiven most of it. Low carb day today and I'm welcoming it! No cheats for the remainder of the cycle! Which I don't want to end! I'm always like that.
Yesterday we did our - what is now a tradition- Xmas card family pics. Oh I wish I could show them here. We have a funny side and a James Bond theme on the other side.
But back to the grind! And
@GearGodess I'm eyeing my next cycle. NPP?
