Got bloodwork done and turns out I have low t . Ranges were at 237 in range was . I'm 26 years old 5'11" 165 lbs 27% body fat . Use to be 6% but due to the low test I've been depressed and lazy the past year or so and not knowing why till now. Anyways I want to jump on a cycle seeing as I have no insurance now to see an endocrinologist and I'm looking to not only boost test to around normal but to get up to 190lbs . Stay lean and cut . Please let me know if I'm on the right tract anything I should add?
As of now I have sust 250 . Going to do 1cc Monday and Thursday,take800mg of cranberry extract, 600mg suplameto, milk thistle, glutamine, fish oil, one a day multi vitamins,nitric oxide, bcaas and a pre work out all for 12 weeks . Along with gym regimine and meal prepping . As far as pct I have 30 clomid 20mg pills. They're blue and look like whinny tabs . Looking at taking what you recommend for clomid 150,100,50mg
If I'm not mistaken that's 78pills for me if I have 20mg pills . 71/2 day 1 , 35 week 1 , 35 last 2weeks . Plus everything I took while on cycle minus the sustonon 250.

what needles ? 3cc " 23 gauge? What's best in your opinion?

Does do I sound like I'm headed in the right direction as far as the information I've thought helpful and sound smart and safe enough to do this cycle safely?

I have a good base just have lost it due to test levels. Started back and pushing through the bullshit to get back befor I jump on tho. Your right it's not ideal base as of now but I cut quick with a good diet and regime. Plan to be back around 10-15 in 3 weeks then start cycle after that .been in and out of the gym and competitive baseball my whole life . Thanks for the input tho man. Nice to hear someone say don't jump on instead of oh yeah do it like most I've talked to lol

Thanks brutha. I have all my gear and stuff . But either way I was waiting to get all my bloods and talk to my endo. Shit stays good awhile so hopefully 6-9 months down the road I'll join the dark side but your right . Not till the times right . And I have my own health in order. Unless I have to do trt, then I'm married to this shit for life haha.

You seriously think youre going to drop 12 - 17% bf in 3 weeks?
 
No lol like 6-8. Cardio and 2 a days right diet. My body is use to being down that low so once I kick start it back into a routine I'll be fine
 
500mg of sust/ week isn't norm or TRT. Just do 200mg/ week of test cyp...use 1" x 20g to pull & 1" x 25g to inject
 
These young guys confuse the shit out of me. I don't know if because half of what they write is bullshit or if they are just confused. If your natural test is really that low, why are you planning on running a cycle instead of figuring out what is causing the low test at your age and working on fixing that? In the meantime, get your weight down the right way over the next 6 months. Then, you will know at that time whether you need to be on TRT or if you are fixed and ready to cycle.

Oh, and you need to do more research if you are having to ask these questions.

Alright so first off thank you for the laugh and disclaimer I'm going to be blunt and mean. You have a shit base like literally the worst I've seen to date for base LBM that wants to do a cycle. 2 you were never 6% BF so that's funny also and shows how fcked your view is on all this. 3 your not ready for a cycle in any way you should figure out why you have low T and fix the problem not amplify the problem by introducing hormones willy nilly into your body. 4 you will not ever drop 12-17% BF in 6-8 weeks that's a pipe dream and totally unrealistic. Get yourself in check train for years! Then use AAS as a performance enhancer not a crutch.

This is what I did when I was extremely.overweight before I started lifting


Cut all the fat you can before cycle. I was 240 lbs like 33% and cut down to 165 at 8%. Then the work began
 
Yes listen to these guys. Get down to at least 15% but lower is better.
Otherwise you will have a hell of a time managing estrogen. Believe me I'm talking from experience.

Sec Seccond get your shit checked out first! Once you know what you have and the doc has you on some medication trt or whatever els then you can start THINKING about that cycle again.
 
yeah exactly . I'm not starting till I hear from the doc for sure . Workin till then to get back in the swing of things . Thanks for the info. How about the cycle and things taking tho? Does it all look good if I were to start? As for the clomid I think I'm gunna do 40mg a day for 3 weeks .
 
As for the cycle stick to the basics. 500mg test e or c per week (one or two shots per week)
Ai if necessary.

Pct: well when your test is that low you don't need pct bc the doc will put you on trt.nthe just go back to your trt dose.

On trt/during the cycle you might want to consider hcg.
 
For the guy who said getting down to 10-15% from 23% body fat was a pipe dream. Like I said maybe for you but dropped 4% in ten days . Not even training that hard. Like I said I know my body. We're all men here so take me for my word not what you thinks impossible for you. Had another one done today and said 17% but I don't think I'm down that far yet.
