TenGrams How To #3: Get big, REAL big, in 1 year

Man, I think Dorian is the best person to listen to on steroids and life perspective. He rides a bike, does yoga, smokes weed. He is living life now, not even bodybuilding really.

But he seems happy with life at least. If a 6x Olympia winner decided to make life changes (yes, partly due to injuries) what will that say about some of us one day? We may not think the same at all.

I used to think exactly like the OP. And I wouldn't have listened to anyone either so I'm not expecting him to. Trying to break away from bodybuilding and the drugs is harder than doing more shit, that's for sure.
There’s a pic of Yates at 21 after training for 9 months. Gear or no?

Has to be, right?

And I'm nobody special in the world of bodybuilding but one thing I will say about it is the best I've ever looked was on 3 shots a week on mon/wed/Fri of 1cc of prop, 1cc of tren, and 1cc of winstrol.

900mg a week total and it was a look I haven't been able to duplicate since, but I was dieting hard as fuck!!!

Nowadays I usually only run 200mg a week TRT and only 1 other compound with it. I'm back on 2iu a day of HGH.

My diet is not what it was when I looked my best, admittedly. But I took 2018 to actually live my life, take trips, do more with the family. And the thing is this....Im not that I was, but I'm also not that far off what I was either. And I dont live like a recluse. That shit wasn't worth the isolation and agony.

And then you are the National Physique Committee and how much money it brings in strictly from competitors, they've cut the posing routines for the night show down to 60 seconds, charge a small fortune for tickets for your family and friends to watch you for 1 minute, charge 125$ for a bullshit organization that doesn't even have enough sense to keep records for 1 full year of your membership, it just expires at the end of THAT YEAR.....you eventually just realize it's all bullshit.

It's all one big, dumb fucking show with ppl so narcissistic they'll give a kidney to the NPC just to put on posing trunks. FUCK THAT!!! I did enough of those god damn things to see it clearly. I eventually woke up one day and said that it made more sense to train and diet for a trip to Cancun than a local show.

I'm not trying to disrespect any competitors, I've been there and done it myself. I can appreciate the hell out of guys prepping for shows. Just providing my perspective on how my outlook on life eventually changed.

Dorian was a Mr O and had a reason to leave the through.

There’s nothing wrong with life changes down the road. At all. In fact, if influences on your choices don’t change I’d argue you’re a moron. Dorians off doing half a dozen other drugs now, enjoying his time. In another conversation there’d be one guy advocating Dorian has it figured out with dozens saying he’s a drug abusing idiot.

I duno. There’s no answer here.

I'm with you on that. But what we are dealing with now are guys who will put more into drugs and training than he ever did and never leave till they're physically forced to leave due to injury or illness. IMO nowadays the ones going somewhere in this sport know it very quickly. They win damn near everything they enter. If youre not on the national stage by show #3 or 4, hang it up, you aint got it

And I'm not suggesting coming off. I never come off, I'd be a hypocrite telling you to come off. I'm just saying don't put all your eggs in one basket in just one facad of life.

I said it before and I'll say it again and yes I took a lil from Yates and put a TenGrams spin on it.

I'm putting the only egg I have in the only basket I care about

Anyone know how important a receptor clean out is?

How many times I've been told "TenGrams, we don't come off lol?" By 270lb wish I were's makes me never even think of pct or clean out. But in the back of my head I've been thinking, maybe once a year at LEAST

Well think about it, your body hasn’t produced testosterone since you first went on. HCG and SERMs in PCT are meant to get your testes producing testosterone again, and restore a healthy and comfortable test/estrogen ratio.

If you cruise there’s no need for PCT, but just taking away the test and waiting for your body to figure out what it’s not getting anymore while suffering symptoms of low T is something you don’t need to experience.

Also, you asked a question about HGH in your other thread I think. Here is the best way to utilize HGH; it's a long term deal as you already know most likely.

You want to blast and cruise on HGH as you would gear. Start low at 2iu a day for around a month, let your system get used to it. Sides from HGH are nasty and lethargy can be bad on it.

Then go to 4iu a day for the next 4 weeks, then 6 iu the next month. Once you get higher on growth you blast your gear at the same time. This is when you'll see what HGH can really do for you.

Wasn't me but thank you for the info, growth is one thing I want to know everything I can about before I start

Agreed. Competing is also a chronic illness now. Guys compete every year without time to make progress.

Jesus man. You have over complicated that scenario, how much more did I have to type? How about this they're clones

Clone steroid novices or clone experienced steroid users? Clone beginner trainees or clone veteran trainees? Clone below 200 lbs or clone over 200 lbs? Or over 250 lbs? Clone mesomorphs or clone ecto or endomorphs?

You needed to type a lot more. That's why these types of "what if" scenarios are silly.
