Test E raw melted

Hi guys, I had 50g of test E stored that I got some time ago. Normally I brew it right away, but this time I've waited a bit and it looks like the powder has kind of melted. Now it's like this golden liquid. I tried to freeze it, but it obviously doesn't go back to powder, it just gets hard. Does anyone have any experience if this is safe to brew? It was ordered from PPL before everything went to shit with them.

It's normal as enanthate has a low melting point.
