Note* This Cycle Log was started on Saturday the 2nd, and is being moved from SST. They don't have very many active or intelligent members to post discussion.




Hello to friends, family, haters, lovers. This is going to be my full time job for the next 8 weeks! I'm going to be logging Test E 300, and Tren E 250 from @Hypertrophy . I have one bottle of each product on the way.

I greatly look forward to my products arriving quickly. I paid for my order yesterday, and the product should realistically be here in less than a week.

I am currently 5'9 , 252lbs. Not super lean, but I'm going to be tightening right up give I follow diet protocols and the Tren E provided is of high quality.

My plans for the cycle are ever-developing and sky is the limit. I am currently working on finding the right gym for my self, and have a super solid home development capacity with my current set up. (Adjustable bench with leg developer, pulley attachment, straight bar and plenty of weight to go heavy)

I'm not too strict about my training or diet but Im going to be revealing to myself the daily truth of these matters so I can reflect on them and stick to a more consistent protocol.

CYCLE HISTORY

I've read pretty much everything, lol. Ask me questions if you'd like. I'm currently "bridging" on a Test Tren Mast E EQ blend from Eroids, continuing my administration of anabolic networks from March, where it started with some SARMS. Before that I had been off since October of the year prior.

This log will have a day to day detailed description of my anabolic administration efforts, no guessing work or random unlogged front loads. Just a clean two step procedure with day to day pins of Test E and Tren E.

CYCLE ADMINISTRATION

I have a lovely and wonderful help with injection equipment. It's amazing. I have LuerLocks from BD and 25g 1mls for backloading my 1ml 31g BD insulin pins. I'll aim for roughly 0.2ml per compound, per day. There may be one day per week I do not pin. I will log it. The dosage milligram wise is somewhere around 60mg of Test E and 45mg of Tren E per pin.

I expect good results with my diet and training protocols.


My diet will vary, but I plan to find more consistency. I have no diet restrictions, and plan on minimizing protein intake. I'm not sure how I'd like to continue my PWO use, but strongly anticipate espresso and beetroot being my calling card for this cycle, as opposed to a $60 PWO bill. PWO is amazing yes, but it may be time for a stim break.

Trained BACK today, then a little arms after. Kept it mostly light tempo contracture sets of lat pulldowns. Finished with a nice acclimated drop set of straight bar curls. A little bit of upright rows and good to go c'mon!!!! A nice break from joint aching heavy. My back is toast from back and legs and heavy incline the last two lifts. This was a well needed lighter day.

Post workout meal was ground beef, veggies. Simple. I also had chicken breast strips, a cup noodle, lots of milk, creamer, gummy bears, and got really stoned all day LOL. Peep the nuggies. I'll get more detailed on the diet logging starting tomorrow.

I pinned 0.38ml of my current rip blend today too, since I skipped yesterdays pin. I had been going 0.15ml-0.25ml daily before that.

Current supplement stack. Don't take it everyday but I'll get to it when I meet with my PCP for having insurance cover the cost... Budget is to tight to administrate daily. Love this stack though. Extra money for protein powder and PWO selection would be epic. Maybe next year. This works well for now. Liver back up, mineral supps, multivitamin, beet root, espresso. Sometimes I can afford PWO and have to go "HYPHY MUD" style. Lol.

Well today was overall a successful day.

I pinned 0.2ml of my current RIP blend, put some coffee on for my special apple cinnamon pumpkin harvest festival latte, baked some blueberry sugar cookies, and hit a killer incline and quadricep workout. Going to keep the wuds moving into the night. I have plenty of free time so I'll be experimenting with lots of different training styles.

Incline was a pyramid to heavy top set of 3 and then plenty of back down work. Cleaned my elbow up with the cable and now working on quad development by sets of eight.

Dinner tonight was steak medallions cut from bottom round and balsamic almond green beans. I had two cookies and some gummy bears and crackers as well. A little milk. Plenty of creamer and sugar in my latte. Breakfast was seasoned ground beef and vegetables. My diet isn't super strict yet. Keeping the snack cakes and ramen at bay will be vital. I have a good game plan for my hunger and appetite. Right now im just reducing my volume of food intake.

Another day down... Really nice productive day today.

Added L-Arginine to my stack, 100ct 500mg capsules. Finishing up my last scoop of pre-work out and the rest of this recovery volume. Over 1200 reps of back and forearms. Really light stuff though, lat pulldowns, band pull a parts, forearm turns and curls. Good stuff. Can't be going super heavy every day. Got a good 2-3 miles of cardio too.

Food was the same, roughly. Beef medallions, green beans, some cottage cheese and crackers. A few cookies and some gummies bears with my coffee and creamer. Nothing new to be honest. I'll probably sludge a protein shake down with some blueberry and spinach. So far so good, calories and volume of food is lowered without sacrificing protein intake. Pretty much all it takes for me to tighten up. I just hate being flat, and not full :( .... No fun.

I might do some hamstrings afterwards, later on tonight. We will see. I'm down to my last bowl of green but that's no big deal. I'm not an addict. I think I will train overhead press tomorrow.


Also, I made a dumbbell today out of my broom handle. Some duck tape and a little rope, shits fire. Can't easily adjust it so I settled at "37.5lbs" - should be a nice piece of equipment.
 
Trained Overhead and Triceps today... What a fun workout. I'll probably clean my hamstrings and/or calves up later tonight. I'm thinking squats tomorrow?

This morning was great. My budget didn't allow a $60 expense for PWO, let alone protein powder, so we switched to some L-Arginine capsules and espresso.

Had a 4-egg breakfast with two tortillas and some hotsauce and chillies. ~yum!

Sipped our way in to some warmup sets on overhead then remember to pin... My actual cycle products will be arriving in a few days and im down to about 0.2ml of RIP blend. So I pinned 0.1ml. lol. I'm super excited for my stack. But I love training too.

Felt flat but ultimately got a good pump in. Should be a few days and the cutting will pick up. No one likes feeling soggy haha.

I worked up to an all out set of 24 reps on my overhead after plenty of clean triples. Then I did overhead standing dumbbell extensions with a focus on ROM, squeeze and tempo. 4 sets each arm, 8/12/15/20 repetitions. I repeated the same scheme for triceps kickbacks.

Post workout was a health shake with a scoop of the small amount of protein powder I have left, and some beef medallions with green beans and almonds. I also prepared some rice, and had two cups of that so far with cinnamon and sugar. Oh, yeah breakfast was a few Nabisco nilla wafers and I've also snacked a handful of harbor gummy bears.

Grocery shopping tomorrow. Beef, carrots, onions and peppers will be a staple. I like my indulgence items too. There will likely be Cheetos. Crunchy.

Dinner for tonight... Broke into multiple meals. Seasoned marinated steak, onions, peppers, white rice. A little lemon juice and soy sauce on top... Yeah buddy!!!!

Wonder how many gummy bears I'll sneak in tonight xD

I can't edit the OP again, but that's fine. I'd like to disclose that I am NOT being paid for reviewing this cycle or logging any of the products from an SST laboratory, Hypertrophy Labs. I will however benefit from a $250 blood work credit, IF I get blood work done and post it to those boards. That is my intention, if it is sensible and reasonable for me to get a referral from my primary care physician, see the endocrinologist, and have the lab work ordered to their standards over at SST.

I said "fuck it" and went for some squats... I couldn't wait until tomorrow to train legs so I figured I'd two a day it... Just some easy stuff.. top set of 20, paused a few and the last one. Beltless, bareknee - the way I like it. Haters and pussies on suicides watch. Lol.

I also said "fuck it" and made pancakes... Lmao. Trust me though... Diet is still majorly improved from before I started this log. Otherwise it'd be three times the pancake and a quart of milk... Plus whatever other food I'd have justified in my diet earlier.

It really helps knowing I'll have to post it here, not necessarily take a picture, but post the food choices I make here and have to reflect on it.

Le pancake... It was SO GOOD... Chocolate Hazelnut Peanut with a special twist... Trust me, it wasn't as big as the picture looks. I savoured every delicious bite of it. Time for some water. Maybe make some more steak.




Groceries are tomorrow. Any recommendations from anyone? I've got beef and veggies as the main components.

Efferding here, great game plan. Should realistically be able to make this a regular grocery haul for me. Ground sirloin was a treat but down to the penny day to day, Angus makes more sense for my budget. The right amount of veggies and fruit, some lower calorie drink mix, and of course I indulged and bought my Cheetos, cheese sticks (light) and a 20oz Mtn. Dew. Going to be rocking Starbucks Premium Dark Roast Instant Coffee for these next workouts, as my PWO energy source. With my L Arginine capsules of course. I should probably also get some eggs.

Any reason for just the 8 weeks of Tren E? I’m currently on a Tren E cycle that I’m pushing out to 12 weeks, I mostly started feeling it around week 7 or so though side effects were noticeable before that.
 
I am sure you'd have gotten many lame responses over at SST for your log. Thanks for the chuckles and I sure hope you do well and make better gains!
I logged my cycle for 3 days and there wasn't even a single response. They don't have much activity. Thank you. Are you running a cycle, or logging it? If so, what compounds?

Any favourites for chest and tricep day movements? I'm training those groups tomorrow!

In my OP you'll see I'm on somewhat of a "continued performance enhancement" protocol. I don't want to call it a "blast" ; it's definitely not a cruise though. This is just the planned next 8 weeks of my performance enhancemet journey. I have some other financial stability goals to manage, and in the meantime I'm trying to perfect some other aspects - like diet and training implementation, along with other life goals to build stability so I can pursue the ultimate goal before I take a step back for a longer and more though out period to pursue other goals. Basically, I want to compete in a local/state powerlifting or strongman event and get a photoshoot done under leaner condition. Once I have that "officialized" I'll be a lot more happy with the idea toning my performance enhancement protocol down. I do love Tren E.
 
I ended up training Biceps Curls, Forearm Turns, and Calves today. Finished with high rep lat pulldowns again as to not neglect my vertical pulling strength. My pull-up bar for the door is in poor condition, and uneven

I don't care for logging the weight amount, just reps, and knowing I did the movement correctly.

*Note; I've been doing lots of pressing work and forearms lately. Noticed some stiffness in the outer wrist area shooting down to the forearm, specifically when I rerack the weight. No pain during the movement though. Does this ever happen to anyone? Probably my stiff straight bar... I miss the gyms clean oiled double rotating EZ bars... Such a smooth difference. I focused on good form and keeping my back straight.. sometimes I like to hit an Arnold style "ughhhaaahghhh" intensity of curls and go drop set mode after keeping strict. Not today though.

Standing barbell, unilateral variation mixed with double.
