Test P + Mast P Cycle Log

Haha... honestly, every girl should run a low dose test cycle so they get an understanding of why guys are how we are! That prop will probably rock your world, and his :)

Then you just need your most sensitive body part rubbing against your pant leg with each step you take and girls should quickly understand why men think about sex once every 8 seconds.
I'm already pissed I'm in week two and am 1100 miles from him...[emoji20][emoji20] if this a compounding effect we are going to be getting very little done in the way of our work from home jobs or any other responsibilities



Let me add I just tried to do cardio on a spin cycle and had to come up off of it. Sensitivity much?!?
 
I don't NEED to pin anywhere other than quads. I got a sweet spot and feel there. I'm doing the other spots for other ladies who may not have such rad luck in their quads. Biceps is for me. Lol. [emoji6]

Mast has same effect more or less...it will help leanness..it's an anti-e being taken with a test....not sure what you wanted me to say here.

Side note regarding my guys cycle that ya like: I want to add NPP @ joint lubricant dosage [50mg EOD] -- worth it?

Got it. With the weights you are moving and the name Miss Hulk I wasn't sure leanness was a goal and if it wasn't then I was trying to figure out why Mast.

I didn't realize it was his first cycle. As others have said Test E or C makes more sense. Next cycle add in the NPP. Personally, if I were advising him at that point I would recommend 100mg EOD.

Week 2 Day 3 is tomorrow and I'm pinning delts.


For today...no pain in mi arse from the glute pin. Yayayayaya. Only reason I didn't like it was the awkward positioning because I wanted to watch me do it. May be a spot I let the mister pin for me....and his viewing pleasure [emoji23]....

Haven't really experienced anything except some strength gainage..been wanting to eat all the food last 3 days. I also am experiencing some increased sensitivity in the love below.

Random. Does anyone else not ever be hungry post - workout. I may get hungry during my workout, but when I'm done -- fuggettaboutit ...I always been like that.

The hungriest I am all day is after my workout. However there have been a few times when I was so hungry during that it caused me to cut my workout short and go eat for fear of a hypoglycemic attack. Serious.
 
Yeah...I'm like that. I'll make myself have a shake post, maybe a piece of bread for carbs but I'm done.
It disappointed me today because I was starving in the middle of doing hamstrings. I was excited to eat. Now I'm sitting here in my work meeting after showering ready to barf from the thought of food.

HA! I did the same last night. I don't usually get hungry during either but I was like "Hey! This is what regular people do. They get hungry and go home and eat.". By the time we were home the hunger had passed and I was 'meh' about food. Had a shake, shower and shag....Then got up to do it again. :)

I get pretty hungry during but just drink water and chew some gum to mentally forget about it but not so much after, and man right when I'm about to go to sleep I swear the fridge starts calling my name!
 
Yeah happen to me all the time! I feel hungry, I get home.... And I'm like: I'm not that hungry anymore.... I eat the whole fridge and then drop on the couch thinking: what if I was hungry for real...
 
Week 2 Day 3 pinned medial delt. Wasn't a big deal because i used to give myself allergy injects in same spot.

Today took forever because I had to load 3 pins as I'm shipping my gear and everything back home to meet me there next Wednesday. Like watching paint dry haha.

Obviously delt is not a good spot if you want to use two hands to aspirate or because you're nervous or whatever. Shall see if there's any pain, I feel like if there were going to be it'd be delt.

Hard to see changes, def stronger... I'll see my fella next week and I haven't seen him since I started cycle (so 3 weeks at that point) and he will be a better visible change judge than I.

Off to train the delt I just pinned [emoji20]
