guess who's delt pin is sore today. Bleh. So out of quads, glutes, and delts I have eliminated delts. Doing biceps tomorrow. Week 3 Day 1 pin. My delt disappointed me.

Because you did it wrong, twisted the needle in it. 100% sure plus it's virgin muscle and a small one. Need a bit more time and practice.

The one place I would've done right is delt. Spent 2011 thru 2012 giving myself injections in each one for my shit show allergies - I may try it again but quads and glutes no hurting means delts get eliminated lol

What technique are you using to pin, what Guage? I enjoy pinning delts with 2cc and below anything else I go with gluten or quads....but biceps!?!? You sound like my neighbor pinning pecs and tri's...I am a nogo at that station.
 
Week3 day1 - biceps [yesterday post]


didn't hurt just felt different, really took the time to massage the area well afterwards and got that bad good feeling since I did arms yesterday, I'm anxious to see how it feels today/tomorrow

Today: my arm is no more sore than the other from training arms Saturday. No knots, no PIP, and with only pinning 0.2ccs all together biceps was no problem. It may be a little tighter on my left side but this typically happens because that's my non dominant side.

Tomorrow I will go back to my quad pin, I looked at pec but just doesn't look fun.

I ate like trash this weekend, first time in a while...woke up today looking better than Friday lol
 
Sexual sides haven't been an issue, but I've been staying with my parents since I started, I'll be back around my guy Wednesday. Do have increased sensitivity and slight swelling, that happens with Var though so bleh..it leaves about a week or so after. So we will see if that exacerbates the situation being with my fella. I have definitely noticed strength gains and seems like when I get to the gym I'm more focused, in a lets fuck shit up kind of way (language) lol I guess that's "aggression".

That's all for now I can notice. Physical appearance differences will be noted Wednesday.

Week 3 Day 2:

Pinned quad again - preloaded syringe used today and on Sunday because I shipped my gear to my home Friday. It got there safely today

So for the ladies I checked the love below today by virtue of shaving and at 3 weeks it's definitely bigger. Not a bad and not unexpected as it has swollen to about this size every var cycle but I will be aware if this continues or ceases at this point.


I have been savage in the gym. Lifting heavy and feels like I can lift all day. With anyone. Like hitting 2-a-days would be nothing. so that's a cool feeling.

My back is growing. Cool because lats tend to lag

I can't do progress pics I am covered in identifiable tats lol. I got a little bit of pimple situation but idk if it's the test because it's in the same place that I get a couple around that time of the month.

I've never had acne, I have had like 7 pimples my entire life so that will definitely be reported if noticed.
