My knee (my good knee) hurt all day. Before workout during and after. Sadness.

Never ever. I'm 6 months post total knee replacement and didn't want to start using them until I can squat over 135 again for fear of looking like a tool lol

ahh I did not know that. Yeah I feel the same way about seeing those people walk around the gym with knee wraps and don't even use the barbell lol.

Mad respect for getting back to squats after a total knee replacement.

You shouldn't worry about "looking like a tool". Screw what other people think.
Gotta take care of those knees! Are you taking glucosamine & chondroitin?
Also increasing foods that build collagen elastin could help.
My aunt swears by gelatin or making your own.

Might want to look into some sleeves or something just to keep them happy. I have had all kinds of knee issues over the years and never squat without sleeves. Been relatively okay.

I'm a fan of Mike Bell's strong series sleeves. Just picked up a belt from him too. My left knee was throwing a fit the other day though... :(
 
Week 4 Day 2 (yesterday)

Pinned delts, did delts, delt still felt it.

I have been HELLA sleepy. Not getting enough rest but still kicking ass on training. I feel like I look different.

Side note- had been pinning quad on my guy, mainly because he wouldn't let me pin anywhere else. He let me pin glute yesterday and he finally believes. Lol didn't feel a thing. So yaaaay for him. He impressed the balls off me with how intense hes been during workouts.
