You're an HGH guru, do you split the dose or do a single injection per day and if you do one, when do you do it (AM/PM)?

IGF1 is effected immediately after exo GH administrationDo you have a study that will prove this? That multiple shots a day would worth the pins and hassle and money vs one shot/day?
people have done many logs that e.g if you split your AAS dose it will give you a higher T level than one single shot per week. Now if you can prove that multiple shots and lower dosage would give you the same IGF1 levels then that would save us a lot of money specially on pharma grade GH.
IGF-1 increases gradually over the time as long as you take GH shots almost everyday.
Read my post above in this thread big guy. Pretty much explained in allYou're an HGH guru, do you split the dose or do a single injection per day and if you do one, when do you do it (AM/PM)?
Yes try IV dosingIGF1 is effected immediately after exo GH administration
Elevation can occur within hours
If you are a healthy individual, IGF1 can be increased quickly depending on how you administer it and the dose you use
Mands,
Was that the correct natural IGF1 results for you (apprx 80-90)
Are you doing a simple night dose?
Was just curious
Oops...nevermind....I see you posted your protocol
That's a low IGF1![]()
You preaching to the choir brudda (40+)If anyone wants me to I will start a thread pertaning to gh. I will discuss why run gh, how to run gh from my personal experience.
The thread will be anecdotal experiences backed by studies and any other information deemed necessary in my opinion.

"Least disruptive timing" isn't BroScience
Example:
My IGF1 at 5IUs early a.m. was similar to someone using 2IUs 5 times (10 IUs) during the day
The 5X daily doses of 2IUs disrupted natural GH release
For me, one SubQ dose early morning elevated my IGF1 the best
Sometimes simplicity works the best.
I don't really understand the concern with interrupting one's natural pulse at night... We're not concerned about interrupting our natural testosterone levels, why do folks worry about GH levels?
I have always done a nightly dose and I have almost always done a morning dose. I should do more research however, my logic is that if I inject just an iu or two, I've likely already increased my IGF levels well beyond what they would be naturally. Is this not the goal after all?
How can you prove that once a day early injection didn't disrupt your natural pulse?
You just can't. What we get from studies is that hgh suppress natural production.
I agree about once a day is the simplest
f you want a link to HGH Medical Clinic discussing GH for (a)GHD or GH in bodybuilding, dosing and timing strategies (natural GH pulse) along with insulin use, managing HGH sides, etc
I'd be happy to send you the link Via PM
If you want double blind clinical study about natural GH surpression.....I'm not that guy

If you're wanting a copy n past medical study with a graph showing yeah or nah.....Then you're right.
If we are talking about raising IGF1 levels and what has worked best for me...I can tell you that one 5IU SubQ a.m. dose raised my IGF1 level similar to others using 2IUs 5x during the day (when your are releasing GH naturally)
Morning dose is what is recommended by my HRT clinic
The natural GH surpression that I mentioned was replying to the other member talking about 3ius 5x per day Vs taking one dose morning, noon, or night
You will be on my new thread as I try and put together a nice gh thread explaining all that I can about gh.Yes Sir Mr. Professor X,
Good to read you again.
As we know IGF-1 levels are highly individualized. It seem s you are comparing your scores @ 5 iu's to another person on 2iu's 5 X p/d.
I think age is a a huge factor in Baseline IGF-1 levels as well as howour IGF-1 levels react to Exo HGH. I can site many examples or this. Today @ 52 years coming from a base of upper 90's on 5 iu's p/d i score 300 flat this would put a friend of mine on the same product same dose in the upper 500's. so a comparison to another individual is ,well a comparison to another individual.
now a A.M. dose vs. P.M. , intrestin
Peace

You're right....it's all individually based
The person using 10Ius daily (2IUs X 5) redid his blood work using 5IUs a.m.
His IGF1 results were similar (5Ius / 10IUs split)
We both used the same brand GH
But yes,
It depends a lot on your individual situation (age, other elements and meds, etc)
