All I can add is that I've added most of the mass I've gained with higher test cycles... (between 500 mg to a gram a week) Of course, other anabolics were added on top.
I wouldn't say I'm one of the big guys here, but my leanest and heaviest was about 240 lbs BW at %15 BF 6' height.
For the last year or so I've been keeping my test doses to 350 for blasts. I've gained about 40 pounds in the last 4 years when I left natty life behind. Started dropping the test dosage as I became more focused on maintaining a leaner physique. Also I became less drug focused and more diet conscious.
I am currently at my leanest since high school (which is about 25 years ago.....shit, guess I'm getting old). I'm prepping for next blast and it'll be a bulk carefully titrating cals upward as I'd like to add a bit more size.
So, whatever concensus we can reach here from experience would be a real benefit. This thread has me considering upping my test dosage higher than I'd previously planned.
I don't think I've really got many more big bulking blasts left in me. Soon, ill be riding off into the sunset or primo amd trt dosed test. So, maybe we can get a consensus here from experiences.
