The GoldLine Busted

I'm not sure why in court someone can't call into question the right of anyone to tell individuals what they can and can't do if they are willing parties.
Because you clearly and fundamentally do not understand power and it's dynamics.

This isn't complicated but sovcits etc always seem to fail to grasp this very simple thing.

Jurisprudence, Legal Theory, Philosophy of Law, all the same thing taught in different settings.

Having dug as deep as I care to has me scratching my head what gives any man the ultimate authority to limit the freedom of two individuals agreeing to engage in an activity that only effects these two individuals.

The perp that was busted in this case offered a good, customer voluntarily purchased good, not only that they had to actively seek it out as it wasn't someone standing on the street corner. It's a fairly complex transaction and exchange that isn't coerced at all. I can't see how this would be the concern of anyone outside of the parties involved.

I'm not sure why in court someone can't call into question the right of anyone to tell individuals what they can and can't do if they are willing parties. This would seem to me the most fundamental argument to make and it should allow sources to walk free as no one is forced to buy what they offer.

If this argument can't work, then the monopoly of power is entirely based on presuppositions and that should be easy to tear apart in court. Faith in law is the entire premise of law, it has no objective absolute answers coming from an all knowing power which of course doesn't exist. It is arbitrary and entirely based from ones perspective and opinion which is extremely dangerous.

The entirety of law should be deconstructed and sent to the paper shredder with more intelligent men and women working to call into question anyone with any power beyond preventing willful violence.
I agree with you but I think the arguement with drugs is that there is an inherent damage to society. Which is obvious bullshit in any case. I hate the nanny state. I think most normies assume steroid laws are “saving us from ourselves” or possibly saving tax dollars by preventing medical problems that people don’t pay for. That’s my assumption, at least, not that I agree with it

yes still a felony however you start way lower on points vs steroids. Each state is dif with hgh. Trust me I know

Hello Gobig2!

I have been unable to find this info on any govt website and hope you will help me, please. I have had prescribed since 2016 and my life is miserable when i can't afford to refill ($1500/mo from my MD). I need to get it for a lot less. I have been unable to work for over a year and not able to afford it but not able to work so I can get to where i can afford it. Do you know if it's legal (and can you please provide an official source) to buy and possess HGH in California with no intention of distribution? Do you know where it what amount would allow an authority to assess intent of distribution and where this would be written in an official document/website? I just want a little bit for research purposes. It is cheaper to buy in bulk, say from Serono, i believe he offers a kit of about 180ius. I want to know if that would be a safe amount to buy and possess. I really appreciate your help.
