My stats are 6'2, 233 lbs, 18% BF. Been working out since high school. Played ball from little league to college. Now I'm foe` Tee years old with a beautiful wife and a CRAZY little man.
I recently came across some self rehab information and finally got full range of motion on my right shoulder. Although it's still weak strength wise, I'm happy that I can wipe my a$$ now when I'm done, I can shower now, and most of all pick up my kids and give them hugs.
Now for the good stuff
Cycle:
Test E week 1-10
Mast E week 1-10
Tbol Week 1-4
Anavar week 9-12
Test prop week 9-12
AI will be Aromasin 12.5 mg ed
Pct clomid/nolvadex
100/100/50/50....may extend for 6 weeks
40/40/20/20....may extend for 6 weeks
Hcg will be 5000 ius ( 250 ius × a week)
Stats:
Arms. 17 inches..with hands by my sides (flexed 18)
Waist 38 measured at belly button
Calf are 17
Chest is 44
Neck is 17.5 is
Quads are 26
my son told me to tell you his guns are 8 inches....lol
Diet consists of lean meats ( hamburger patties, chicken breast, tuna, regular chicken meat, steaks, and tons of fish)
Carbs are vegetables & fruits ( peppers, onions, mushrooms, all kinds of fruits) salads are always Italian dressing.
protein shakes will be added (although not needed). Will consist of 3-4 shakes a day.
meals will be roughly 4-6...maybe 7.
Cardio will be done everday...no less than 4 times a week. Running (6 miles) and/or elliptical machine
okay...my weakness are fried chicken, potato chips, juice, movie theater popcorn w/ M&M's
Will be frontloading test e. All gear is from mikestrong. ...I do have tren e and might add that in the mix.
