On to the good stuff. Went to the gym last night and couldn't believe my eyes. I was in utter disbelief of the gym etiquette at this big name fitness center. Everything posted in "The what pisses my off" page was going on right before my very eyes. Some was actually doing curls in squat rack...@Masters Power. ..j/k bro!
I went to grab a 45 from the bench rack and some guy said "Hey, I'm using that!", I bout split his head open but decided to walk away. Another guy (skinny & malnourished) actually to me to I had to wait to use the peck deck machine because he had another set to do. I saw 100's racked in the 40 ' s.....smh...ftl
All I could think of was I need a home gym....lol. My workout was uneventful.
5×12 sets of dumbell bench
5×12 sets of pec flys
5×12 sets of peck deck
5×10 sets of Smith machine inclines
3× 8 sets of seated hammer inclines
Any hooo..my mind state wasn't right, but I'll get over it.
Btw...I had serious body aches all night from head to toe (tbol related? )
