Thursday off day for gym
Nutrition facts are the same as the beginning of the week...but
I had a huge 20 oz salad from Rubios. The salad was the Chipotle orange salad with blackened tilapia...extra tilapia (4 pieces 7 oz. each) The salad consisted of corn, black beans, avocado, chiles, & pica De gallo. I can eat that salad every day. If you guys have a rubios in your area...try it

Friday
Bi's & Tri's

7 set of hammer curls 20 reps
7 set of alternating dumbbell curls 10 each arm
7 set of concentration curls 20 reps
2 set of standing high cable curls 10 reps

9 sets of cable tricep extensions 12 reps
5 sets of standing tricep extensions 10 reps
7 set of single arm reverse tricep extension 10 reps.

closed the gym down last night (11 pm) Had a couple of honeys Checking me out too....no biggie

Nutrition was..
1 protein shake ( 50 grams protein, 12 oz whole milk)
10 oz sauteed onions
10 oz sautéed mushrooms
5 oz baked potato
12 oz ribeye steak
1 ham sandwich
12 oz fruit smoothie
3 tablespoons of peanut butter
3 grilled hamburger patties
7 oz salad


I'm eating so much...It looks like I have hgh gut!

Mmm that food sounds tasty. Makes me want to go eat right now!! Your killing it in the gym. Are those workouts made for time under tension? Im liking the whole time under tension nowadays for my isolated moves! I believe its helping me grow but I could be wrong!!:rolleyes: Keep it up brother!!

I don't do time under tension (TUT). My focus is clean reps, high reps, medium weight. I'm still recovering from a bad shoulder, so I don't want to go too heavy and be out for a year. It's hard to keep focus and remain on track....ego lifting... I look at TUT as a plateaus breaker. :)

If you like fish & salad...you have got to try the salad. Make sure you get the orange dressing also. I've eaten it 2 weeks straight one time. Can't get enough...lol

I use to try an ego life but never got anywhere with it. Im a smaller guy so its not like it was very impressive anyway:( lol!! I like doing the reverse pyramid a lot now. still keep it as heavy as possible for my big 3 though!!

20 oz Tinola (Phillipines dish consist of chicken, sayoti, ginger, garlic....chicken soup basically)
8 oz fresh pineapple
Peanut butter & apple jelly sandwich
3 5 oz Braised Beef ribs
3 8 oz pork carnival (pork, onions, tomatoes)
Think I had a fruit smoothie also

Workout routine Legs & light chest
10 sets of squats 10 reps
10 sets of leg extensions 20 reps (last 3 15 reps)
6 sets leg press 12 reps
5 sets of incline dumbbell flys 12 reps
4 sets of decline barbell bench 10 reps
4 sets on incline barbell bench 15-10 reps

Going to start doing 2 body parts a day (hopefully).
Font loading is done....pinned test e at 300 mg and mast e 200 mg last night, as well as 250 ius of hcg.

Weighed in today at 241 this morning.
Also got a hookup with pharma hgh & test
 
Yesterday's was a crazy day. My stepsons wife went into labor. Well, false alarm and therefore labor will be induced today. Obviously there was no workout last night. All in all I'm okay with that, because my legs are toast right now. I may look like I'm 27, but I'm moving around like I'm 97...lmao.

Today I'll hit back & tri's if I make it to the gym. I'm sleeping really good. Dreams are wild and epic.

Pretty sure I missed something food related.

Physically I can notice more size on my chest arms & back. I always swell up good when coming back from a long lay off so I'm not too concerned about gains right now. Let's see how gains come between week 3 and 6

Congrats on the baby. Good thing youre taking it easy on that shoulder. Nothing worse than a wasted cycle from an injury. Once you go to snap city on the shoulders its hard to come back.

My stepson had his little baby girl yesterday. She was cute as can be. Of course all new born are cute....lol

By the time we got home I just went to sleep, so I'm pissed right now. 2 days without going to the gym is agitated cause Thanksgiving is tomorrow.

@mghoward74 I blew my left shoulder out about 4 years ago when I was running a Test P & Dbol cycle. I had finally got my bench up to 375... Fucking sucked! It took about 1year to heal and still to this day I have to be careful and properly warm up or it will start hurting again. Be care Bro!

On 11/26 I got to the gym at 12 midnight. I just had to go. It was Back & Tri's

3 sets of body weight pull ups (10, 8, 5)...pretty sad
9 sets of seated rows 15 reps
6 sets of seat rows 15 rep ( wide grip)
6 sets of seated close grip pull downs
8 sets of machine face pulls (upper/mid back)...cant remember the name...10 reps
8 sets of single arm lat pull downs

9 sets of Tricep extensions 10 reps
6 sets of reverse single arm tricep extensions

As you can see I didn't get a lot of volume on tri's...had to prepared Thanksgiving dinner.

Gym closed at 2 on thanksgiving and I'll be in on 11/28.

☆ Diet was fairly clean on Thanksgiving. The usual fixings. I deep fried 3 turkeys, collard greens, black eyed peas, gravy, candid yams, etc....

Poor turkeys, they didn't survive the onslaught of hungry guest. I barely saved a plated for my lunch today. I've been deep frying turkeys for about 10 years and it gets eaten up faster each time...3×16 lbers...lol

My only cheat food was some cake ( no icing )....no biscuits, stuffing, sweet potatoe pie, or pumpkin pie. Might eat some tho, but I was good on TG day

Deep fried turkeys are the shit!! We're having Christmas at our house and I'm going to do one then..
Brine it AND inject it...THEE best.

I have 2 deep fryers...1 electric for indoor and 1 outdoor. Love the indoor one....set it and walk away....just don't forget it

Just wanted to let you guys know last night, family & friends went out to celebrate a birthday. We went to a Brazilian steakhouse. They serve nothing but top quality beef, fish, lamb, & pork. All you can eat everything. So here's a short list of food consumed.
Cesar salad with bacon
Asparagus
Mushroom
Filet mignon
Chicken
Ribeye
Garlic beef
Sausage
Lamb chop
Chicken wrapped in bacon
Filet mignon wrapped in bacon
Water....no alcohol

The waiters bring the meat to your table, cut it, and serve it. They give you a card...Green means serve....Red means I'm taking a break (no serve)

Workout consisted of chest & Bi
10 sets of incline dumbbell
8 sets of wide incline fly
4 set of BB decline bench
3 sets of wide chest (hammer)
5 sets of dumbbell curls
6 sets of dumbbell concentration curls
5 sets of seated dumbbell hammer

Also did a little AB workout...
Decline sit-ups & hanging leg raises
