I don't do time under tension (TUT). My focus is clean reps, high reps, medium weight. I'm still recovering from a bad shoulder, so I don't want to go too heavy and be out for a year. It's hard to keep focus and remain on track....ego lifting... I look at TUT as a plateaus breaker.Mmm that food sounds tasty. Makes me want to go eat right now!! Your killing it in the gym. Are those workouts made for time under tension? Im liking the whole time under tension nowadays for my isolated moves! I believe its helping me grow but I could be wrong!! Keep it up brother!!
I'm taking easy on the shoulder. No "Snap City" here. ..Congrats on the baby. Good thing youre taking it easy on that shoulder. Nothing worse than a wasted cycle from an injury. Once you go to snap city on the shoulders its hard to come back.
