Good day Gentlemen.
Man It feels good to be alive right now! As I write/type this out, the current temperature is 67° and sunny. Feels like 72 and the wind is blowing in a south east direction! Just a little jab at the fellas who are dealing with harsh weather conditions!
Yesterday's nutritional fact:
1.) Protein shake ( 2 scoops 50 grams, with 12 oz whole milk)
2.) 3 hard boiled eggs
3.) 8 oz. tuna fish ( relish/mayo)
4.) 5 (6-8 oz) grilled chicken breast/thigh meat (skinless)
5.) 2 (10 oz) salads w/ Italian dressing
6.) 1 fried chicken (thigh meat)...hmm
7.) 1 5 oz biscuit ( bad carbs)
Pre workout
8.) 3 grilled burger patties 63 grams protein, 600 calories) w ketchup
After workout/ bedtime
protein shake same as morning.
I think I had a fruit smoothie too...forgot!
Gym time:
Front lateral raises dumbell
9 sets total ( all rep range from 15-20)
Side dumbell raises
7 × 15-20 reps
Rear delt flys
6 × 12
Front dumbell press
5×8 (light weight 30 sec break)
4×10 barbell shrugs ( light weights )
Last night was douche free and quite refreshing.
Muscle memory definitely started to come back. Shoulders started to loom like Boulders with each passing rep. Felt really good. Pumping out sets with 45-60 second break. Stamina was up, sweating like a mofo.
gain 5lbs. It's from the food...trust me! I'm the only guy on this planet who can gain weight after taking a dump
