Pick up a used Powerhouse Gym on Craigslift , I see them all the time for under $100 . Found mine for $50 , 3yrs ago . No crowds , no pressure . Works for me . ~Ogh
That's what im talking bout brother!! I love working out at home..Dont have to wait on anybody or have a crowd of people hawkin over an judging me while Im tryn to get down to business!! Im more of a loner anyways!! MESO is pretty much my only friend!! I put my favorite music on of MY choice an hit that shit!!!
 
They also have some good shit for a decent price on ebay that im looking forward to upgrading to!! I cant wait to get an Olympic setup!!! Damn 1" bars suck for bench-deads an squats!! Owell better than nothing:rolleyes:

Heres the rest of it . I just do basic BB/DB moves so I dont really miss the pec-decks & Nautilus machines , although I still go intown occasionally and pay $5 for a day pass and I hammer on the Hammerstrength machines on really bad weather days . NO MEMBERSHIPS !! Lol -Once you workout outside you'll never want to go back indoors !~Ogh

Holy shit bro!!! That's a hell of a set up!! you got my lil home gym all beat to hell!! lol all I got is a bench..curl bar, 4 pairs of dumbells with locking collars an a pair of cross fit squat stands with 300lbs of weights:rolleyes:!! I would like to have all of those solid medal dumbells like you got!!! they do get the job done but I wish I had more of a variety of moves I could do though!!!:)

Shit bro, that reminds me of the old jail house days of working out. Nothing but sunshine and some heavy iron! You got a radio out there too?
 
Yesterday's nutrition
1 10 home made tropical smoothie (peaches, mango, pineapple, guava, orange juice)
3 hard boiled eggs
8 oz of tuna fish ( relish/mayo )
1 banana
(2) 8 oz salad w/ Italian dressing
(6) 5-8 oz of chicken ( skinless grilled breast & thigh meat)
1 protein shake before bed ( 50 grams protein powder, 10 oz whole milk)

☆was entirely stuffed throughout the day. No dinner. Would have had 3 grilled burger patties w/ salad☆

So last night I went to another gym. It was okay, no issues to report thus far.

Back routine was fairly simple
6 × 12 seated rows
6 × 12 assisted chin ups
6× 15 bent over dumbell rows
6 × 12 laying back extensions

All I can say now is I'm physically weak (3 year old girl). 6 months ago I was able to lift pretty decent weight. I'm not worried about it, because strength, stamina, and durability will return.


Did my 1st hcg injection for the cycle last night (250 ius) with insulin pin.

This morning
Frontload Test E 2 cc in the left glute
Mast E 1 cc in the right quad.

Total test injected = 4 cc or 1200 mg 1st week. Test dose will be lower to 600 mg wk. Mast will stay 2 cc a week

@Oregongearhead...I used to have a home gym also back when I was in the Military. Moving around a lot forced me to get rid of it. I do like going to the gym though. I always find something to motivate me there, whether is a fat guy on the elliptical, or some 14 year old trying to put on muscle so he can join the freshman football team. I did get a little agitated when I saw 3 kids sitting on the curl rack facebooking...lol

On a side note:
Saw this guy working out last night. He was in an electric wheelchair. Look like he had polio or something. Legs & arms abnormally small and very limited motor skills. He did good!

I like stopping by the local gym myself MGH - I get to watch how its NOT done.... I try to help young guys lift , alot of times they ignore me or laugh amongs theirselves at something I say (then I remove my heavy sweatshirt ) and they change their tune and actually listen to me (and gawk) ....its vain fun ~Ogh
 
There is a guy that comes into my gym that is handicapped (in a wheelchair). He has full mobility of his upper body and he works out like a champ! Sometimes he's in there for 2+ hours. He is definitely an inspiration!
There also a guy who I worked out with a few time...had no legs, 3-4 fingers missing of both hands. He was a Marine...:) Strong as f@$ k too. He'd either come in with his wheel chair, prosthetic legs or Segway. If I recall correctly he was benching 315

Haha....Kids nowadays....they fail to realized that they envy us.
 
^^ Shit I'm always trying to help out the younger guys. Especially with squats, seems like not one of them know how to squat right. And you try to help out and they act like cocky assholes.

But then I go and start squatting some real weight (300 - 400lbs) and they are all over my nuts asking what they can do different to get numbers like that! Fucking kids!
 
Yesterday...woke up had
a protein shake ( 2 scoops of whey 50 grams, 2 scoops of peanut butter, 1 cup of steel cut oatmeal, 12 oz of whole milk.)

Food throughout the day:
6 oz tuna fish ( w/mayo/relish)
1 piece of fish
1 banana
6 boiled eggs total
(2) 8 oz. bowls of salad ( Italian dressing)
(5) 5-8 oz.pieces of chicken ( skinless beast & thigh meat)
5 oz green beans
5 oz Cole slaw

On to the good stuff. Went to the gym last night and couldn't believe my eyes. I was in utter disbelief of the gym etiquette at this big name fitness center. Everything posted in "The what pisses my off" page was going on right before my very eyes. Some was actually doing curls in squat rack...@Masters Power. ..j/k bro!

I went to grab a 45 from the bench rack and some guy said "Hey, I'm using that!", I bout split his head open but decided to walk away. Another guy (skinny & malnourished) actually to me to I had to wait to use the peck deck machine because he had another set to do. I saw 100's racked in the 40 ' s.....smh...ftl

All I could think of was I need a home gym....lol. My workout was uneventful.

5×12 sets of dumbell bench
5×12 sets of pec flys
5×12 sets of peck deck
5×10 sets of Smith machine inclines
3× 8 sets of seated hammer inclines

Any hooo..my mind state wasn't right, but I'll get over it.

Btw...I had serious body aches all night from head to toe (tbol related? )

I like all that high volume youre doing, thats all I do anymore. Youre gunna see all kinds of shit at that gym. Im usually the strongest guy when I go there and I max on flat bench at 245. I wanna snap necks when I go.
 
one of my friends is in a wheelchair an he used to come by my school an pick me up an wed go to the local gym an lift..he was like my hero..took me off the
streets so i wouldnt fall in with the bad crowd...it worked!!! we did that for a few years an then he moved away!!! i sure do miss him...he was strong as hell and shreded up!!! some people donr know how good they got!!!!
 
Good day Gentlemen.

Man It feels good to be alive right now! As I write/type this out, the current temperature is 67° and sunny. Feels like 72 and the wind is blowing in a south east direction! Just a little jab at the fellas who are dealing with harsh weather conditions!

Yesterday's nutritional fact:
1.) Protein shake ( 2 scoops 50 grams, with 12 oz whole milk)

8.) 3 grilled burger patties 63 grams protein, 600 calories) w ketchup
After workout/ bedtime
protein shake same as morning.
I think I had a fruit smoothie too...forgot!

Gym time:
Front lateral raises dumbell
9 sets total ( all rep range from 15-20)
Side dumbell raises
7 × 15-20 reps
Rear delt flys
6 × 12
Front dumbell press
5×8 (light weight 30 sec break)
4×10 barbell shrugs ( light weights )

Last night was douche free and quite refreshing.

Muscle memory definitely started to come back. Shoulders started to loom like Boulders with each passing rep. Felt really good. Pumping out sets with 45-60 second break. Stamina was up, sweating like a mofo.

gain 5lbs. It's from the food...trust me! I'm the only guy on this planet who can gain weight after taking a dump:)
