Haha I take it that Test is kicking in. I know exactly who youre talking about, she looks white but is mexican. Theres all kinds of ass at 11am brother, shit is ridiculous sometimes with what they wear. Camel toe city and fake titties. I like to call 11am the Real Housewives of Chula hour.

There's a 24 hour gym near by where I live and it's the same deal. You roll in around 10am - 11am and there is nothing but smoking hot house wives. With nothing to do but run around in skimpy spandex outfits that drive me CRAZY!! Wish I could bring in a 6-pack & a bag of pretzels, grab a chair and just hang out!!

My stats are 6'2, 233 lbs, 18% BF. Been working out since high school. Played ball from little league to college. Now I'm foe` Tee years old with a beautiful wife and a CRAZY little man.

I recently came across some self rehab information and finally got full range of motion on my right shoulder. Although it's still weak strength wise, I'm happy that I can wipe my a$$ now when I'm done, I can shower now, and most of all pick up my kids and give them hugs.

Now for the good stuff

Test E week 1-10
Mast E week 1-10

AI will be Aromasin 12.5 mg ed
Pct clomid/nolvadex
100/100/50/50....may extend for 6 weeks
40/40/20/20....may extend for 6 weeks

Arms. 17 inches..with hands by my sides (flexed 18)
Waist 38 measured at belly button
Calf are 17
Chest is 44

Diet consists of lean meats ( hamburger patties, chicken breast, tuna, regular chicken meat, steaks, and tons of fish)

Carbs are vegetables & fruits ( peppers, onions, mushrooms, all kinds of fruits) salads are always Italian dressing.

protein shakes will be added (although not needed). Will consist of 3-4 shakes a day.

meals will be roughly 4-6...maybe 7.

Cardio will be done everday...no less than 4 times a week. Running (6 miles) and/or elliptical machine

okay...my weakness are fried chicken, potato chips, juice, movie theater popcorn w/ M&M's


Will be frontloading test e. All gear is from mikestrong. ...I do have tren e and might add that in the mix.

How goes it? You feel an increase in libido yet? Right around this time you should start feeling a little sumthin sumthin. Hows the workouts? Still getting sore or recovering better? You should gain weight but it will be from muscle, Im sure you will drop a couple percent bf too. I sampled that halo yesterday and it got me agro as hell.
 
Yesterday nothing to report because of some BS. Some of you know or may not know there's some implications of low dosed gear going around...Go figure. Well here's my situation that almost cut this cycle short to 3 weeks.

I was supposed to pin Wednesday morning but for some reason totally forgot. Well good thing I did because that evening I look at my vials of Test E and saw this20141203_155947.jpg

If you look closely it looks like @$×+ floating around. Well I spoke with the Source and he told me to do this & that. I followed his suggestions and the stuff was still there, just in smaller pieces.

I contacted my man @Ozzy619 and showed him the pic. Before I put my phone down ozzy had me hook up with a link on how to fix the problem. I then sent the link to @Boilermech and he linked it to the mikestrong thread. So, I vented the stopper, placed the vial on boiling water for 5 min, swirling the vial around continuously. It fixed the problem as of right now. I only need 1/4 cc out of the new vial, as the 1st vial had 3/4 cc left. Needless to say my night started screwy but ended up all well and I was able to pin

Tues night was a rough workout due to painful back pumps

8 set of squats 10 reps
10 sets of seated leg extensions 20 rep
6 sets of standing leg curls.

okay....funny stuff

When I walk in the gym I saw this older lady working on the leg press machine. I walk over, get ready for squats and I look over my shoulder and she staring at me (for like 10 seconds..lol), then I see her nipples started standing at attention! I smiled at proceeded to do my squats (ass to grass foe` real).
She was there with a young girl who caught my attention. While I was doing leg extensions this young thang was doing standing leg curls. Everytime I extended....she curled...and the pad hit her butt making it jiggle. All I could think about was me standing behind that making it jiggle.. (Dirty old man):)

Anyway...it's clown time.

I saw t these guys on the other side of the gym doing lat pull downs. From a distance they look impressive. There was 5 of them, all them had pretty massive lats. Well hell, when I got closer, these guys looks absolutely weird. No legs, no calves, no bi's/tri's, no shoulders, no thighs, etc.... just "One Big Back" all 5 of the we're built like this....wtf.

if I had been drinking water...I would have either choked on it or spit it in their face. It was the weirdest thing i ever seen. I ve seen guys with over development chest....but BACK. They were proud too, doing lat spreads in the mirror. Oh well

This log is getting to be good, keep the gym stuff coming. Im so glad youre going to my normal gyms now so you can see not only the fine ass, but the retarted stuff as well. Everyday is chest day and people have the shittiest form. I posted a whole thread called gym etiquette in dedication to all the shit that goes on.

Gym notes
Gym was crawling with sexy girls..omg
Tight booty shorts that stop just below the butt cheek. One girl shorts were so short she had to cover up when she laid down on the bench....otherwise it would have been peek-a-boo time. I was suprised to see so many women in the gym late last night (friday)

I have had a few setbacks with ms myself as mg knows! First the shipping issue that ms fought me about from day one to now having floating debris in my unopened vials. What's next?

Hes acting like a fucking girl on top of that his recent gear sucks. Considering how much you spent on his gear and to find out its not what was promised is ridiculous. hopefully the rest of the stuff you bought is good. It doesn't look good for the test e&c
