yep, on MS gear. I'm not looking forward to the low numbers. Will be doing bloods in about 2 weeks. Depending on the #'s; I'll up the mast/tren.
 
Okay...I forgot to post because of the fiasco with underdosed gear. Plus mother in law got married to her dead husband's cousin....wtf.

Anyway, been off for the last 2 days. Worked out with @Ozzy619 finally. Had a good leg day.

Ozzy had to go so we made it quick
8 sets of squats 10 reps no rest
(All my squats are atg)
8 sets of leg extensions 20 reps no rest
4 sets of standing hamstring curls no rest
3 sets of incline dumbbell flys


I think the tren kick in, because I was completely out of breath.

Waistline looks to be a little bit slimmer.

Things are going to get a little more serious in the gym. More volume, more moves, and added workout partners (4 total including me)

@Ozzy619 how them legs holing up?

I had to climb a tower all day and it sucked lol its good though because you gave me alot of good pointers for proper form. Ill have alot more time tomorrow so wont leave u hanging this time.

Btw this guy atg reps alot of weight like its nothing. Hes also got the perfect foundation to taking things to the next level.
 
No swollen ankle here....jeesh that must sucks. I do have the moon face. I woke up one morning and was like "WTF!... d-bol"

And I have in anavar, which is probably d-bol also.

Anyone want to test tbol & var for me?

I have Mikes anavar and Im sure its the real deal, it was before you got yours though. I also have astros tbol, but wasnt impressed but sure it wasnt dbol. I can give you the rest of my tbol and var if you want, not sure how much I have left but will check. My next oral will be halo.
 
Today was back & Tri's

A lot of volume. Only rest was waiting for @Ozzy619 in between sets.

10 sets of seated rows 12 reps
8 sets of wide grip seated rows 12 reps
3 sets of bent over barbell rows 10 reps
8 sets of single arm lat pull downs 10 reps
10 sets of Tricep extensions 12 reps
10 sets of single arm reverse extensions 10 reps
8 sets of dumbbell kickback 8 reps.

@Ozzy619 did well today.

Saw a douche today. Asian dude with head phones on listening to rap music. This fool must have thought he was in a video shoot. Throwing his hands up & down bee bopping all over the gym.....pssst.

Saw some nice ladies on the gym today. Wish I could have got some pics, but then I would be that creepy dude in the gym. Anyway talked to a few for a second...no big deal.

Lastly...saw a big mofo today. Had to be 300 lbs. He dwarfed me..and I'm no small potatoe. Dude had to be about 6'6...maybe 6'7. He was on too. I'm thinking a ton of hgh, insulin, tren, deca, everything in the book....lol

Anyway...back is sort of toast right now...cant really move.

Forgot standing barbell back extensions...smh

Damn that is a huge mofo. Do you think he competes? Ill never in my life be that big or big as you but that's all good. Gotta work with what you were giving an make the best of it lol. Sounds like another solid workout brother. wonder if your going to be feeling that tomorrow lol?

Yeah, I think he competes. I'll see him again I'm sure. I'll ask him how many ius of growth he's on..lol

Center of my back us toast now....no need to wait til tomorrow

They say hgh is the genetic breaker...so no one is ever stuck with poor genetics. Money for GOOD gear & growth, good workout plan, and dedication
 
I wonder how he will react when you ask him that lol. An thanks for the advice. I've never tried hgh before. That looks like something I need to give a shot in the near future! You would probably laugh if you knew my stats lol.
 
I would never laugh at anyone's stats. I just laugh at people doing silly things.

Ex. Cute little filipina was standing in the mirror flexing her butt. Was it douche? Yes. But she was so cute. I went over to her and told her " I saw you glute flexing" she started laughing and we then parted ways. Will she speak to me every time she see me...probably...lol. she'll know I'm watching too...lol

If the BB gets mad...so what. It wont be the 1st time he was asked. I won't be disrespectful, cause we're all men right.

Im the same way, fighting genetics my whole damn life. Some dudes are naturally big, I have to put in a ton of work just to see anything. Its good working out with someone bigger because it pushes my limits and makes me work alot harder.

You forgot to mention all the small dudes who walk like theyre huge lol. It was hilarious watching mg walk up on some dude who tried to jack the tricep ext we were using. Good work out today, Ill be sore at work tomorrow for sure.

I sure wish I could workout with you guys. That would help me out tremendously. I workout at my house alone. Having a spotter would help so much with pushing myself beyond that point of total muscle failure. That would give such better results but it is what it is an yes we are all that is man lol.
 
Yesterday (Sunday) was chest & Bi's

7 sets of dumbbell inclines (finished with 90's for 10 rep)
6 sets of incline dumbbell flys 10 reps
4 sets of wide chest hammer 10 reps
4 sets of decline hammers 10 reps
4 sets of incline hammers 10 reps

5 sets of standing dumbbell curls 10 reps each arm.
5 set of dumbbell hammer curls 10 reps
6 sets of concentration curls 10 reps

3 sets of decline situps 20 reps
3 sets of hanging leg raises 20 reps

Unfortunately @Ozzy619 couldn't make it.

Starting to feel some pain in the left elbow, but it'll be okay. Forgot to mention I've been done with tbol for a week. I will be taking var soon....maybe next week.

Gradually adding more volume.

Going on vacation to Rome, so got to on it.
