Okay...I forgot to post because of the fiasco with underdosed gear. Plus mother in law got married to her dead husband's cousin....wtf.
Anyway, been off for the last 2 days. Worked out with @Ozzy619 finally. Had a good leg day.
Ozzy had to go so we made it quick
8 sets of squats 10 reps no rest
(All my squats are atg)
8 sets of leg extensions 20 reps no rest
4 sets of standing hamstring curls no rest
3 sets of incline dumbbell flys
I think the tren kick in, because I was completely out of breath.
Waistline looks to be a little bit slimmer.
Things are going to get a little more serious in the gym. More volume, more moves, and added workout partners (4 total including me)
@Ozzy619 how them legs holing up?
No swollen ankle here....jeesh that must sucks. I do have the moon face. I woke up one morning and was like "WTF!... d-bol"
And I have in anavar, which is probably d-bol also.

Today was back & Tri's
A lot of volume. Only rest was waiting for @Ozzy619 in between sets.
10 sets of seated rows 12 reps
8 sets of wide grip seated rows 12 reps
3 sets of bent over barbell rows 10 reps
8 sets of single arm lat pull downs 10 reps
10 sets of Tricep extensions 12 reps
10 sets of single arm reverse extensions 10 reps
8 sets of dumbbell kickback 8 reps.

Saw a douche today. Asian dude with head phones on listening to rap music. This fool must have thought he was in a video shoot. Throwing his hands up & down bee bopping all over the gym.....pssst.
Saw some nice ladies on the gym today. Wish I could have got some pics, but then I would be that creepy dude in the gym. Anyway talked to a few for a second...no big deal.
Lastly...saw a big mofo today. Had to be 300 lbs. He dwarfed me..and I'm no small potatoe. Dude had to be about 6'6...maybe 6'7. He was on too. I'm thinking a ton of hgh, insulin, tren, deca, everything in the book....lol
Anyway...back is sort of toast right now...cant really move.
Forgot standing barbell back extensions...smh

I would never laugh at anyone's stats. I just laugh at people doing silly things.
Ex. Cute little filipina was standing in the mirror flexing her butt. Was it douche? Yes. But she was so cute. I went over to her and told her " I saw you glute flexing" she started laughing and we then parted ways. Will she speak to me every time she see me...probably...lol. she'll know I'm watching too...lol

I sure wish I could workout with you guys. That would help me out tremendously. I workout at my house alone. Having a spotter would help so much with pushing myself beyond that point of total muscle failure. That would give such better results but it is what it is an yes we are all that is man lol.Im the same way, fighting genetics my whole damn life. Some dudes are naturally big, I have to put in a ton of work just to see anything. Its good working out with someone bigger because it pushes my limits and makes me work alot harder.
My wife is mad because Im tired as hell lol but about to go check out xmas lights. That asian dude is always there on saturdays dancing and rapping like hes thug life. You forgot to mention all the small dudes who walk like theyre huge lol. It was hilarious watching mg walk up on some dude who tried to jack the tricep ext we were using. Good work out today, Ill be sore at work tomorrow for sure.
