Last night...back & tri's

All sets are 10-15 reps
6 sets or wide grip lat pull downs
8 sets of close grip lat pull downs
6 sets of seated rows
5 sets of single arm lat pull downs
4 sets of standing barbell lower back extension
6 sets of another back smith machine ( can't think of the name)
5 sets of staight arm lat pull downs to the front
8 sets of Tricep extensions
4 sets of dumbbell kick backs
4 sets of overhead dumbbell extensions

Forgot to do reverse single arm tricep extensions

Almost puke....never felt like that during workout.

Nutritional facts are simple..
I have not been hungry...at all.
It takes pure will power to pound down my favorite salad.

I'm weighing in at 245.

Still pinning 1cc of test/tren e /mast e.

I wonder what that could be because of. Not eating an the tren maybe. I know I get to felling sick especially if I don't eat but I have never been on tren e or mast e so I don't know if that attributes to the sickening feeling your getting. Are you feeling better now?

Wasn't sick....just shorter rest higher weight.
 
Last night I worked out with 2 of my homies. Looks like I'll be working out with them this last six weeks.

● I haven't barbell bench press for about 12 years because of shoulder injury...Think I did okay. If my shoulder holds up, I'll be at 405 in 6 month :)

5 sets of BB
1 x 135 10 reps
1 x 225 10 rep
1 x 275 8 rep
1 x 225 8 rep
1 x 135 10 reps

5 sets of wide dumbbell flys @50 lbs

4 sets of cable fly *shoulder started bothering me*

5 sets of BB incline bench press
1 x 135 10 reps
1 x 225 8 reps
1 x 245 5 reps
1 x 225 6 reps
1 x 135 12 reps

3 sets of hammer decline bench.

4 sets of hanging leg raises 20 reps each.

I followed their routine cause I'm the new guy, plus I was pushed for time.

Hope to get bloods done today, if not it'll have to wait until week 7


Edit...forgot to mention. Ran across a guy at the gym. Pretty much the strongest guy there that I've seen. Guy was doing incline barbell bench at 375 for 10 reps, flat dumbbell benches at 125 for 6 sets....lol. when I talked to him, found out he's from my home town....

2.)Blood drawn on Wednesday (72 hours later)...{Boilermech numbers came back high at 72 hour mark.}
3.) Also Pinned Wednesday morning (3 hours before blood) because I pin on Sunday night/Wednesday morning. I'm sure it won't effect numbers due to short turnaround on blood drawn.

If the numbers are 5x I'm going to....

Last night was pin night. Since I know the gear is underdosed, I went ahead and pinned

Test E 2 cc
Tren E 1.5 cc
Mast E 1.5 cc

Wednesday I'll definitely get 2 cc of Mast & tren each in there...lol

Been off for a few days, but I'm back on the horse today.

I know I said I started var a week ago or so, but never did (never got around to it). I did start today though. It'll be 60 mg a day. I'll be taking 20 mg in the morning and 40 before workout.

Incline barbell bench
2x135= 10 reps ( shoulder done)

4 sets on incline flys @ 50 lbs

5 sets of hammer decline

4×20 leg raises.

Douchebaggery time:
Since Monday is world wide chest day, everyone was working...you got it, chest. This one kid was working incline dumbbell. Why did this fool have 5 sets of dumbbells surrounding the bench? When I saw this I got pissed. I ask if we could work in with him. He told me he had 3 more sets and he'd be done. Where I come from it don't work like that. There's a million people in the gym and this guy is trying to commandeer the bench for himselfo_O

I told him basically you got no choice, we're working in with you. I notice this guy also didn't have a towel. So while he has no towel, he's sweating all over the been. I told him he needed to wipe his shit off the bench. Anyway, I was yelling at him to the point everyone in the gym stop what they were doing and looking at me yelling at this guy. I guess I was so aggressive @Ozzy619 thought I was going to punch him in the face.

Saw this guy who looks like a competitive bodybuilder. I talk to him in private about if he was on any gear. He lied and said he was on P6 and C4.....

Dude arms where close to 22 inches and he said he competes in both powerlifting & bodybuilding :eek:

Shit was funny as hell, hopefully everyone who saw will learn some gym etiquette. That bench was nasty ass hell with all that sweat and no walking room with the pile of weights he had. No common courtesy or respect so the guy got what he dealt.

Estradiol is high! That lets me know the Tren E is there. Estradiol could have been higher possibly, but the mast E could have some effects on it

I hoping by the end of the cycle my numbers should be between 5800-6000

Ya 5x aint good. Its depressing I know. I can't believe he got bye everyone for so long.

Well take the good from it and put your nose to the wind. There WILL be other cycles

Did cardio on my elliptical machine today for 30 minutes. (Morning )

Dumbbell shoulder press
1×60=10 reps
1×65= 10 reps
1×70= 8 reps
1×65= 8 reps
1×50= 8 reps

Dumbbell front raises
5×40= 10 reps

Dumbbell side raises
5×30= 10 reps

Cable upright rows
5 sets, 10 reps

Cable tricep extensions
6 sets, 12 reps (whole stack)

Overhead cable tricep extension
6 sets, 10 reps (whole stack)

Are you going to up the dose to try & compensate? I might just use my strong gear as a bridge between cycles/blast
