Today was shoulder day
starting to see some separation in relation to front delt and pecs. Also noticed my butt is getting smaller. Forgot to mention that after bicep workout I measured at 19.5 inches after 1 hour of workout.
5 sets of front lateral raises 10 rep at 40 lbs
5 sets of side lateral raises 10 reps at 40 lbs
4 sets of dumbbell press 10 reps
10 sets of Smith machine rear delt 10 reps
4 sets of face pulls (smith machine) 10 reps
4 sets of hanging leg raises
Will be starting anavar in a week or so
