Decided this morning I was done with Test/Mast/Tren. I pinned 1cc of MS prop and will continue for at least 14 days, no more than 20, or when I run out. Pinning everyday

Body, mind, & spirit needed another day off from the gym last night.

Will see if 375 goes down tonight

Last night...chest & light tri's

Workout with the kid from the other night. That dude is motivated as heck I tell you. He pushed me for reps every time...lol. He always kept saying 1 more, more, 2 more....lol. This time it was 3 of us so it took almost 2 hours in the gym

Incline Barbell Bench
1×225= 10 reps
1×225= 10 reps
1×275= 8 reps
1×225= 10 reps

Iso decline hammer
1×90= 20 reps
1×180= 15 reps
1×270= 10 reps

Barbell Bench
1×225= 10 reps
1×275= 5 reps
1×315= 1 rep
1×375= 1 rep (slow on down, fast on up)
1×225= 10 reps

*so I was able to reach my short term goal of 375 lbs. Next cycle I'm hoping to max 405 lbs before the cycle and repping same weight for 10 by the end of the cycle. That should easily net me 450. I'm also looking at more Recomp also. Going to focus really heavy on bi's & tri's and possible 20 1/2 - 21's

Tricep Cable extension
8 sets, 15-12 rep (whole stack)

Tricep overhead cable extensions
8 sets, 10-12 rep (whole stack)

Single arm reverse tricep extension
10 sets, 8-10 reps (started 40, finished at 80)

No abs due to time

pinned another 1 cc of prop. 12-18 more days left. Going to order more aromasin so I can run it during pct.

I'm really starting to think with the addition of npp is going to be great next cycle. Joint relief plus added size....hmmm.

everyone has been saying it looks like I just got out the pen....lol

Still pinning 1cc ever day.

Last night was a grueling workout session. Workout was around 3 hours. Did Back, Biceps, and shoulders. Everything was superset

Too much to list..sorry.

I will list the things I didn't do

1.) Standing barbell back extensions
2.) Bent over dumbbell rows
3.) Dumbbell press (exchanged for barbell press)
4.) Hanging leg raises.

* I've learned if you sip on Gatorade slowly throughout your workout, you'll have enough energy to complete your session. Don't guzzle, just sip slowly and only during the workout...not after! Something about fast acting carbs etc....*

Also adding steel cut oatmeal and peanut butter to my shakes.

Will see if 385 lb in a go tonight

Barbell bench
1×225= 10 reps

1×315= 5 reps
1×385= 1 rep
1×315= 5 reps
1×225= 8 reps

Leg raises (straight)
5×25 reps

Pinned 1cc again. I'm wondering if 405 lb is in the works before the end of pct. I'm also going to try to add more reps. Hoping to rep 315 for 10 reps by the end of pct also...
 
Just an update

Started pinning my last Test prop vial this past Wednesday. Should be done pinning by Tuesday morning. Been pinning a hair over 1 cc. Pct will begin probably 1 week or so after this Tuesday coming up. I want to make sure ALL test is out of my system to ensure faster recovery during and after pct.

Haven't work out since last log input. Shoulder is bothering me some. I've been icing it at if feels better. Will/should hit the gym tonight.

●There a competition coming up soon. I want to see the contestants...especially the bikini & female fitness. Hopefully being around these guy/gals gets me more motivated into the physique side of the house●

Missed Sunday pin so I made it up today...

So pinned 2 cc of test prop. Have around 2 cc left.

Back workout was awesome. One c of the finest girls in the gym was checking your boy out, while I was doing wide lat pull downs. She also checking out the goods while I was doing hanging leg raises. She came in wearing the shortest shorts with the sides cut out...nice


Btw...been upping my carbs some....going to see that will help me get 405 lbs. If I can get it...great!

Tried for 450 lb.....nope too heavy plus started to get tired. I didn't feel as though I was going to accomplish anything tonight.

Car battery died on me and I left my workout gloves at home. So i wasn't there mentally.

I've been increasing carbs significantly as well as protein intake. Can't stand the sight of potato chips and the smell is of them even worst...lol. Hopefully chips are out of my diet forever...probably not. ...lol.

Pinned 1 cc an hour before working out also. Looks like I have 1-2 cc still remaining. Can't wait til this cycle is done...lol.

I don't see my self losing any gains. I'm weighing in at 248 tonight. Normally 246 in the mornings. This is my walk around weight, so I'm good

Also did chest workout which was fairly light and abs.... ( 4 sets of hanging leg raises, 25 reps each )

I see 500 lbs coming really soon....hahaha.....seriously though.... soon
 
Did my last pin Wednesday night.....1.5 cc. Wanted to get it over with. Worked out that night also. Looked at myself for the 1st in the mirror at the gym and noticed how massive I am. I got kind of worried about get too big.

Going to remain on Aromasin until I start my pct. Will start PCT in 1 to 2 weeks.

Will possibly up my protein intake.

Going to start a log in the training forum as well as the nutrition forum.

I'm also going to go for 450 lbs on the bench next week......wish me luck.

450 on pct.....whahhh:eek:
