I was on EAS protein shakes (vanilla), mixed with grape juice. I was taking dhea too. I would take it right before and after workout.

I used to eat a ton of snickers bars too...and alot of pizza, chicken, and french fries.....seriously.
 
Crazy what we could get away with eating when we were young.

I used to eat like that too. I practically lived off of In & Out burgers. But now if I eat that stuff I'll put 5 - 10lbs on in a couple days.
Ain't that the truth bro. Just looking at snacks makes me fats lol.

Worked out with this young kid last night. Had a good time. This kid was motivated. He had a good foundation a was cut. He pushed me for reps and I pushed him for power.

Shoulder started acting up pretty bad last night afterwards. Couldn't sleep, so I had to ice it for the whole night. Today it feels better, but definitely been hammered.

Forgot to mention, I believe my blood pressure is through the roof. Need to get that look at. The room starts spinning once I lay down and get up. This started once I pinned a new bottle of test e.

Shoulder is feeling great. I've gone from can't holding a tooth brush or picking up a glass of water, to working out. I'm glad I found out how to rehab my shoulder without going to physical therapy.

MG, never heard Scally and doc jim say that about PCT timing and long and short esters... That seems like too long to wait for each to for each (even though obviously bloodwork would determine best). Do you know their reasons why? Or where they said this?
