I usually do 1 rep max after workout. Haven't done any in awhile, because of a bad shoulder. The most I ever bench was 450 lbs....I was 24 them...natural.

I'm already around week 8, and trying to do 4 more weeks if at all possible. Sally & Dr JIM believe pct should start 4-5 weeks after longest ester and 2-3 weeks after shortest ester. So looking to start pct accordingly. I'm undecided if I should run MS prop at the endGood work brother. Keep up that beast mode bro. That's insanely awesome man, 20 inches ain't no joke. That's one hell of a work out. How long does it take you to work through all of those sets?
MG, never heard Scally and doc jim say that about PCT timing and long and short esters... That seems like too long to wait for each to for each (even though obviously bloodwork would determine best). Looking to get 375 on the bench by the time this cycle end. At the beginning of my next cycle or shortly after this one I should be around 405.
Forgot to mention, I believe my blood pressure is through the roof. Need to get that look at. The room starts spinning once I lay down and get up. This started once I pinned a new bottle of test e.
Shoulder is feeling great. I've gone from can't holding a tooth brush or picking up a glass of water, to working out. I'm glad I found out how to rehab my shoulder without going to physical therapy.
