the road to the master of sports in powerlifting

Hello all. I want to start a detailed blog related to iron sports. In particular, it is powerlifting. I am not a genetic unicom. When I started training I was about 19 years old. At that time my weight was only 42 kg. There were big health problems. I encountered an unusual situation: when I asked advice from older comrades in the gym, for some reason I was treated directly or laughed at. As a result, I had to go very much into methodical material. Thanks to the gym, I got rid of a lot of health problems. It even affected me a lot psychologically. I did crossfit for the first period of time. Quite successfully. In my region I was in the top level. Then I decided to think about my physical condition and began to compete in classical bodybuilding. There I also competed in the top 6 at home. But I faced with the pitfalls of judging and human factors. On top of all that came the coronovirus pandemic, which affected everyone in the world. I think you were no exception either. During the time of the coronovirus, I reconsidered my attitude not only to work, hobbies and sports. I faced with the situation that in my social circle began to appear a lot of people engaged in powerlifting, power extreme. I began to try and use equipment and go into strength training mode. I'm very much connected to the gym at home and I train people. I have had students who have started competing in powerlifting competitions, and quite successfully. By nature I'm very thin, I have thin joints, and those who understand something in strength work know, our ligaments and joints are a lot of strength. So I had to edit my strength circuits to suit me, which paid off. For this reason, I decided to consider powerlifting performances. However, I'm the kind of person who sets goals. I want to try to make a master of sports in competitions. And to pass doping control. But to do it without using any prohibited substances. To go through all the preparations from the beginning to the end so to speak on my own. At this stage I've had a surgery. Now it's uncomfortable to do a lot of movements. The surgery was not related to sports and it was not an injury. Afterwards I got very sick. Almost all week my body temperature was about 40 degrees. I am describing these moments to make it clear to you, I am approaching the training process from scratch. There will be made the first cycle to restore the skills of movement and restore the amplitude for certain muscle groups. Thank you for your time and reading these lines. I look forward to chatting with you!

Hi dude. I will be happy and interested to watch your diary. You are great for setting goals and going to them. You will certainly succeed

I'm back in the gym today after a long break. In the beginning I thought I would only do cardio. But it wasn't like that. I saw a barbell rack, and here we go.

I did a couple of exercises. My immune system is not at its best right now. But squats and bench presses were still going on. My muscles are very unaccustomed to it after a long break. I felt like I was training for bodybuilding. Muscles are torn as if a strong pamp. This is partly due to the surgery. I had it done on my shoulder girdle. There is some discomfort in raising my arms. It is also very much reflected in the convergence of the shoulder blades.

But that's okay, I'll work on it. Right now the main goal is to get back on track. I think I'll do the first week and then I'll start a big cycle. I was planning to do it for at least half a year.

Yes. I'm sure you will return to the same rhythm. The main thing is not to rush and not to rush. the smoother the start, the more benefit the body will have. And of course, training in the gym is a special type of drug)))

when I returned to the hall after an illness. He also started by walking on the path. slowly increased the pace. But I could not resist without iron and slowly, first on simulators, then basic exercises such as squats, deadlifts and bench presses with a barbell. And my body appreciated and revived

I agree with you. the nervous system gets used to certain actions and sometimes they are not enough. especially when you set more goals. sometimes the gym becomes more than a hobby. i also have a responsibility in terms of sports. i am a sports methodologist. I work in a school for coaches

This line between hobbies and sports is rapidly crossing. And you are already a fan and subordinate your whole life to sports. And so you go to study and work for a coach. So the gym changed a lot of fates. I think for the best

Today I decided to go on a workout cycle. Which will last for 200 days. The cycle is periodized. However, it is linear. Usually I used wave periodization. But I decided to make this change. The goal is to enter the regime of 8 days of which 6 training sessions in the gym. Not counting stretching and work with trigger points.

The first day includes:
Bench press.
Standing deadlift from the pit (the pit is small).
Upper block pull
Lean in from the floor
Lying curls
grip strength
hyperextension
reverse extension

Just to clarify. You said "master in sport" you mean you want to become a elite level power lifter but want to do it completely natural? I dont know how this will work in your area. Im not familiar with federations not in the states. In the states, you would have to find a all natural federation but most people know how to pass a drug test despite being on gear

I always doubt very much when it comes to linear periodization, since there is a high risk of overtraining. Especially if these are versatile and long training cycles.

And why not, master of sports, perform without the use of various drugs. I think an interesting and realizable task

I understand your point. Almost all federations do not have doping control. When I was in bodybuilding there were no doping controls either. However, I have an inner state and want to earn the Achievement Award - Master of Sports without doping. I have an adequate attitude to steroids. I'm very actively studying them and endocrinology. After completing this goal I'm thinking to move up a level and then to use additional substances)

The point is that I want to keep a full diary and show that all the way was passed on his without substances. I think that will be able to make a video and write not only text.

I plan to perform in the AWPC. There is doping control there. Although a lot of people are doped and then doped correctly.

I understand what you're worried about. I myself have always used the wave approach for 4 months. However, I decided to do an experiment. I agree that this style can have a big impact on progress. However, there is an option that the body can adapt very well. I do 90 percent singles at the end of the cycle. I use reverse movements. I also practice flat training. This allows me to work each joint evenly. I will tell you in more detail about the training scheme. Now the goal is to get back into the regime and come up to working weights I was working with before. And only after that, I can work out the details in the process of training and not only. I really want to show that everything is possible.

I am waiting for more details of your training scheme and, most importantly, sensations and what benefits it will bring you
