Cycle 4 is complete. When I started the linear process in training, who was on the subject said: what, stupid? I really wanted to try something new. It was especially important for me to move away from the 7-day principle. A microcycle of 4-5 days. It was in this cycle that I began to pay proper attention to stretching. I increased the volume of cardio, besides, I did cardio with resistance in the form of rubber. Increased volume has a good effect on training not only by adaptation but also by working out the technique in motion. The volume of important movement is quite a lot per cycle with working weights. Additionally, in the second cycle, I use the full pyramid system, which has an even better effect on the nervous system. Under the peak load, I am still going on a business trip. I do not even know whether it is good or bad. Just will be an opportunity to see if the scheme is really good and my nervous system is ready for a new task.
Another very important aspect is that almost every training session ends with a question to me: why do not you really take vitamins? It's just that people see a gain of +5-10 kg every workout. And I just recently reached the peak of the last cycle, and here I'm already halfway through the second one. Every workout moves me up a little bit. My weight gain is +2-3kg. Sometimes I'm not lazy and put small dumbbells on the blocks. In terms of calisthenics movements, I use tricks with rubber and increase +2-3 reps from workout to workout.
I also wanted to point out the mentality of people. I notice when you train at a gym with a higher price point, the leftist talk falls away. Often just a visitor to the gym, then ask something, then wish good on a workout. At a time when people who pay less, demand a lot more, in all aspects, and someone owes them something all the time. I don't even want to talk about the client-oriented thing. It's an interesting pattern. Maybe it's exactly what's to blame for the slump in fitness. The association with just customer service when it's not. Actually, this is a separate topic...
