Today was a serious day for me in terms of workload. It's not the lectures at school, I'm already used to them, now I need to hone my oratory at the lecture. But about that later. After the lecture, I had some repair work to do. I had to pick up a considerable amount of material for repairs. Fortunately, it is going to the end. Theoretically after such a load, it is necessary to stay at home. However, it was not there. I decided to start a new cycle today instead of Thursday. That means 24 workouts, not counting cardio and stretching. The first workout is complete. In the new cycle, I did an additional increase in intensity and added 3 volume approaches each to the base. It seems easy to do in practice:
Bench press. A little sling work.
Deadlift. The last approach used the lock.

Shin curls in a sitting position

Return extension
