Honestly, I a couple of days in shock. That's why I didn't write anything. It's no secret what's going on in the world. Our economy has also begun to suffer. The dollar exchange rate has changed. Literally in one day, the price of goods went up. For example, products I used to buy for 400-500 tenge. Became the price of 600 tenge minimum. This, of course, greatly affects the emotional background. The problem is in the mentality of our people. There is a large number who support Putin, strange as it may seem. I had to go out with a community of powerlifters at home. Some have become very vocal about their political views on the war. I am in favor of choosing the camp of humanity over the patriots and living in the past. It is also unfortunate that many blame the West and the United States of America. These people want to take us over and they are to blame for everything. Virtually all the talk is about this.

I have now finished my training cycle in squats. I finished at 230 kilograms. I posted the video on social media. There's one bench press and deadlift workout left to do. After that, I'm going to make a big analysis of what I did, how I did it, where I increased weight. What I did in detail and what I decided to change I will describe in my diary. At this stage, I feel good. I do cardio on the stairs and use additional weights with rubber.

What is happening now there in Ukraine is not transmitted to any moral standards. People do not have to sacrifice for the sake of the ambitions of a politician and a dictator.

I do not have regalia, but I try to move the sport in the masses and help train coaches. Apparently, it began to hurt him. I just finished a new stream of training which was almost 30 people, and this man began to speak ill of me through social networks. I tried to give him arguments as to why I was doing it and that he was wrong. It is necessary to solve such moments in a different way. In general, his goal was to hurt me from a sporting point of view. He says that I can't do anything about sports. This made me doubly turn on for the result.

Although honestly, there is nothing elite) I live in the central city, where the largest number of people. When the city was closed for quarantine, we had it for almost half a year in 2019 and gradually everything was opened, the people were 1/3. As the areas open plus 2/3. This, by the way, is one of the reasons why many get little money for their work. There are people from areas who do everything for minimal money. Elementary, when I train people, I charge at least 3 times the market value of the local. But there are many reasons for that. But 1/3 don't live in their homes. I'm sure half the people rent.

I agree with you 200 percent. The problem was that I was on the powerlifting team. I remember when I was training for bodybuilding and I was 5 days away from the competition. Then I was starting to drain, I didn't have enough strength. I helped everyone on the team wrap the bandages. Unfortunately, I was good at it myself and I always did the most important things. There were a lot of moments like that. But I practiced on my own. It was beginning to work out. Not only that, I started helping people in powerlifting. It seems that this man felt a strong competition and did so. We congratulated each other on birthdays, we were at all kinds of sporting events together. And then such a mishap.

But you know, I'm a straightforward person. There are swear words in the Russian language. I very often use the word "Похуй" in such cases. And then I do my job.

Because of the political moments, some people began to move in a sports direction and hinted that you have nothing to do in sports moments and everything in that vein. But at this point, it is necessary to be aware and not to lower the plinth since there are already enough people at this level. I will tell you my point of view later, but I will not lower it to personalities. The funny thing is the political point of view, they can not give you enough arguments and go to the bile, which seems to be piled up. And after that come the backlash from sports, knowing that it would probably hurt them if they were told such a thing. But no, I haven't suffered from brain pumping in a long time. Luckily for me, sports and where I'm at right now are very different from what people think. One thing I know is that when you're really arguing, your farts get blown up by God. Often people who are kind of friendly have just the opposite effect inside. Throughout life, this is confirmed. People sharp, somewhere prickly, bending the truth of the uterus, sometimes perceived by society ambiguously. But it is better to be like that. Then to one day become a Judas.

Tomorrow I will have a final lecture in our stream at school. Then there's the thesis reception. But that's another story. Next week will be a bit of a turning point. If you've been paying attention, I've been writing on a regular basis for a couple of days now. There's a reason for that. I'll be hitting the hot spots in our field.

I grew up in the private sector. I lived near a park. It was always quiet, cool because the river was nearby. But my future wife doesn't like to go far, so we live downtown. Apart from that, I work three jobs. I am comfortable when everything is near. But honestly, I don't like it. My dream is to go to Texas. I'm thinking of living near downtown in the future. I'm just the only one who was able to break into the top club in the state with a comrade, and after creating a project with a comrade of my own. we agreed to position it in this club. Now we teach people in it, I'm not going to lie, we get good money for our area. That's why a lot of people started reacting that way because they're not making it. It's very hard for coaches to develop. You need to have additional skills, find a common language, sell, study, today still use social media and other things. I want to try to start a separate branch on the forum on the topic of sports. True, someone may react that I act as a teacher, but I just want to share information and my views.
 
Part 2 of the macrocycle. 1 workout in it. 4 workouts in total.
I didn't ignore the basic movements in the last cycle. I mean I didn't do them (yes two not at once). And added some weight, every second or third workout. In a cycle, it was a maximum of 3 additions. This time I decided to go on a knife-edge. Each exercise + 2 kg, if the movement is regional, then 5 kg. Regional? Yes. I don't divide the movements into base and isolation. The movements are actually divided into local, regional, global. Sometimes a base movement can be made less global, thus making it easier to work on a certain segment. So there's a radical gap today, between thinking, should I go into bodybuilding or powerlifting? So I don't like to be in any one camp, I'm in the middle. That's a separate topic altogether. For a long conversation. In a nutshell, you can't do one base, no matter what the big uncle lifter tells you. He's stuck in the last century. At the same time, pure exercisers and pamp are the other sides of the bullshit. Today I plus the bench press by 5 pounds and the deadlift by 10. Very strong temptation to gas up, because recently I had singles. I felt there was a lot of powder. But it's time for everything. The list of moves is the same as on the first day. Only higher intensity, but not lower volume. I will try to break the rule in the cycle, which I am personally against. But it is necessary to experiment and it is impossible to stand still, and not from this camp...

I've never tried the linear approach, but it works pretty well at this stage. Maybe the plus side is that I split the volume into 2 workouts. It's true that it's increased by about 30 percent if you calculate the total volume for all cycles. You have to pay for that with time. I used to be comfortable going to the gym four times a week. But here I was getting more into it and every night I was in the gym. Thanks to my wife for putting up with it. Today was a double motivation to work out. I completed important things on some tasks. There is a new plan for the spring. Really need to do at least 45 activities at the start. Not all are sports-related, which is a good thing. Workout today:

Part 2 of the microcycle is over. The movements were the same as in the first part. The only thing was a small increase in weight. And in the squat a gain of +10 kg. After squatting with bandages, I did squats without bandages, to develop strength in the quadriceps. It felt really good. For each workout, I will add a little vid with the main work. Not to be an internet warrior. I really do what I say I do. I'm waiting for the main house renovation to be done so I can start filming detailed explanations. Because of the consequences with the currency, which ruins many plans. I'm generally shocked right now for people who used social media to make money. Yes, there will likely be crutches, but they are crutches nonetheless. I had plans for the summer myself. But now spring circumstances can dictate policy. I'm not relying on anyone, I'm just going to redo the plan and go about it in a different way. Circumstances have forced me to start studying hard. For this reason, I need to completely change my daily routine. Realistically, I have time as a student to study certain points, take notes, do my homework. Because I actually go to bed late. Presses an additional moment at home with the renovation. He's already at the finish line. Repair is such a thing, though one thing came out ALL. From A to Z. If we take the training process separately. Sitting down for 3 cycles and reviewing the plan, I realized one thing by asking a question: are you aware that such a volume in intensity training has never been performed and there are still 3 microcycles ahead of you before the singles. Not really hard) If you take the whole amount of work, it got bigger. This makes me very happy. The adaptation worked well. Even though the program is linear, something I see a lot of pluses. There are most people who are against linear programs. However, the more I get into the methodology of programming processes, the more I realize - there are no bad programs and exercises. Everything has its time and a proper calculation. Sometimes we forget something. For example, I noticed an interesting point: many people make up a course of steroids first of all. And only after that do they start looking at the training process and so on. Although you should pay attention to the training process first of all and take additional supplements to it. I'm not even going to say anything about the tests. If anyone doubts this, there is such a topic as surrounding the castle. It pays attention to the training process first and foremost.
