the road to the master of sports in powerlifting

And why not, master of sports, perform without the use of various drugs. I think an interesting and realizable task
I dont know what means is that a title given by a organization or a expression of the performance he wants to achieve. Im not saying he cant become a great natty lifter. People can do whatever they want. The greatest powerlifters of all time were/are sauced up to the max, js. Honestly tho I wish I reached my full natty potential for getting on stuff. I got pretty close to my potential once but not at the time I hopped on the sauce bus

I understand what this is about, there are two ways and of course the way without doping, which is also an interesting and difficult way. And the title of Master of Sports will be an honorable achievement.

And of course, the sport of the highest achievements, when we remove all resources from the body for the sake of a result. It's like motor sports and Formula 1. Different approaches and methods are everywhere.

Hi all. This is a very happy day for me. I tried a bench press today. Pretty easy to do 110 kg. Although the plan was 95. After that, I did a standing pull from a small pit. I got up to 190 kg. I've been working on my upper weights, and they told me the swelling could last up to three months after the surgery. I really want to do some pull-ups, but I'm waiting until I have no discomfort. I am very hungry now. So I started to eat a little bit more. My own weight returned + 2 kg. It took me literally 2 workouts. I am planning to do cardio in 2 workouts. I'm going to start doing stretching workouts separately. My brothers on iron, I see that on this forum mostly everyone writes the text. Is it possible to post videos?

Great news, good numbers for you. Keep it up. Such victories motivate for further work.

Here, someone writes at their own discretion. someone uploads the video. I think if you do this and that, it will be great and extremely interesting

I did the introductory week of the cycle. worked off the second week. made a weighted count. this macrocycle will take about 8-10 microcycles.
I worked out 3 days in a row. I did my exercises 3 days in a row. On the 4th day, I had a rest.
I analyzed for myself five nuances that I had to work with.
1-day mode
2 stretching
Accurate selection of macronutrients
4 to do additional movements for recovery. they affect the amplitudes and the patterns
5 Using myofascial release
6 Cardio
7 Correct selection of dietary supplements

I will talk more about each of these aspects.

1 day of training

bench press
deadlift from the small pit.
Upper block pull up
Lean-to belt from the floor
Leg curl
Hyperextension
Reverse Extension
Grip barbell hold

Day 2
Front squat
Standing press
Biceps curls
dumbbell extension
abs

3 day
squats
Bench press at 80 percent from day 1
Vertical thrust
Delts exercises in the form of strokes
Triceps curls
calves

How do you feel after your workout?

How do you feel after your workout?
I try to get enough sleep. If I didn't sleep enough, I look for a time during the day to sleep. If the cycle gets heavy, I use nootropics in different combinations. I try to watch my energy expenditure and increase my carbohydrate intake. At this stage, the amount should be brought up to 600 carbohydrates per day. I use additional procedures in the form of a Russian bath and sauna. I definitely work on the trigger points. In the evening I try to relax the nervous system: I actively follow the gaming industry. It helps to take my mind off everything.

I like to sleep for 40 minutes after dinner, it helps me to feel better. And after this workout is better

I prefer to increase carbohydrates at the expense of slow carbohydrates. I love basmati rice and the Russian guys advised buckwheat, a very interesting taste of this carbohydrate)
