Hi all. This is a very happy day for me. I tried a bench press today. Pretty easy to do 110 kg. Although the plan was 95. After that, I did a standing pull from a small pit. I got up to 190 kg. I've been working on my upper weights, and they told me the swelling could last up to three months after the surgery. I really want to do some pull-ups, but I'm waiting until I have no discomfort. I am very hungry now. So I started to eat a little bit more. My own weight returned + 2 kg. It took me literally 2 workouts. I am planning to do cardio in 2 workouts.
