Thanks for the question. I work with Hilma as a methodologist. We got this brand in the territory of the post-Soviet countries. A lot of people are used to buying goods from China. But the quality leaves a lot to be desired. I started working as a consultant at home. Many people tried this brand and switched to it. The courses stopped making mistakes with the right approach. In 2012 I began to study all sorts of information related to fitness in general. I found a very good branch of a specialist in the Russian-language forum (I still follow him). He was sharing information. Throughout the whole period, I was very much absorbed by the sports industry. We, unfortunately, have very little open information. There is a lot of water in the recommendations. So I had to study the medical literature. In my home, I opened a school for coaches with my comrades. We share different information there. I want to try a similar thing in the English-speaking segment.

However, I am a practitioner. I have a goal to try myself in powerlifting. I have a big social circle at home from strength sports. And after performing at home in bodybuilding, I'm not on good terms with the head coach of the federation. That's why I decided to quit temporarily. At home, unfortunately, our sports organization does not work very well. I wanted to try myself in the WRPF. And even made a review of the competition with arguments, where I asked the federation to pay attention to the quality of the organization. This video was taken by a blogger in Russia and it gathered 300 thousand views. Sarychev had to deal with the franchise at home, but it was not successful. I was verbally told that they would not let me perform and would give me a disqualification.
At that moment I wondered, what's next? I decided to do a challenge for myself. To compete, but to pass the doping control. I decided to be honest all the time and not to use doping. But to try not just to perform, but to collect the sum of the master of sports.

To be honest, I am very impressed with life abroad. In the future, I would like to move to Texas. That's why I wanted to try and cover my sporting moments here. For some reason, people here believe that things are different here. Even the pharmacology courses and training schemes. I'm not even talking about the food. Before surgery and severe illness, I was able to:

squats of 235 kilograms.
Bench press 145 kilos
Deadlift in the classics 255 kilos

Up until the start of the strength work I was working :
Squats 140-150 kilos.
Bench press max 100 kg
I didn't do deadlift at all) Only the Romanian version.

I do dose cardio. It helps me to recover faster between each workout. This factor helps me keep my cardio system in good condition. Initially, I had high blood pressure before exercise, despite my low weight. I also had problems with eyesight - 8 in both eyes.

The situation the first few days was similar to the post-apocalypse. It felt like it was all about who was the strongest. The mentality of many people was very strong. As law enforcement disappeared, looting started. There were people who would come to the store as children, try on clothes, take them and leave. Honestly, I don't want to be around such people. Yes, not everyone is like that, but the majority. Unfortunately, people think that there were no terrorists. However, I saw and have a video. How a man drives up in a car and hands out weapons to people who are already ready. And they in turn kill others with single bullets. It takes good training to do that. For this reason, I had to ask for help from neighboring countries. However, I was planning to move because of the economic situation. Prices are constantly going up, I have to look for my own way to other activities for work. There is no stability. And when there is no protection, you don't even understand why you are here. Also, there are very few athletes performing, and I want to be in some kind of sports community. It's elementary, in gyms they even forbid you to do the deadlift. And even the managers don't know what a platform is. There are a lot of details like that. You have to go where there is a development of all this.
