After years of me cruising and blasting and exercising. She has decided to start working out pretty seriously with me. She also wants to try something that will help boost her results or give her an edge. I was thinking low dose anavar but need to look and see what is working well for women these days.

Open to suggestions from anyone with experience here. To help narrow it down some we don't want anything that will definitely cause viralization, looking for strength and muscle boost, libido boost would be nice of course but honestly I can't complain as it is.

I do know she would prefer pill form but she will try injections if it's only once per week.
 
Even anavar can cause virilization, and she can get pretty far without it. 5 mg daily is a good first dose for a woman, but, seriously, I would put that off for as long as possible while she continues to make improvements naturally through diet, lifting, and cardio.

Squats are a big one for females if she wants to look good.

Thats very solid advice. She is pretty set on using something though even if it's just some type of weight loss supp.

Lmao that's about what I was thinking see how she handles 5mg at first. I know the absolute 100% best route is to wait until gains stop naturally but most of us don't follow that anyhow. Just glad she finally listened to me about cardio not really helping for her goal.
 
In all seriousness, I would be really careful with the weight she's using. Women are much more susceptible to soft tissue injury and their ability to strengthen soft tissue occurs at a slower rate.

If she's really never done weightlifting before, she's already statistically at a higher risk without using AAS. Adding AAS into the equation is just an injury waiting to happen, IMO.

I agree that she, or anyone, is going to do what they want to do... And I get it. But she should be educated on the risks because they go beyond virilization. If she just upped her protein game and started hitting basic barbell movements she'd impress herself. Hope it goes well either way though.

Hey man thanks for that. That is something I had not thought of. She is good about her will power and dieting and I will be helping make sure she has the proper intake of everything. It's the injury part that I didn't think of. She actually goes hard as hell when exercising to, like 2-3 hours if I let her.

I will have to make sure she doesn't overdue it and gets proper rest and nutrition for sure. We have a pretty good gym here at home and workout together so I'll have my eyes on her the whole time. I will be sure to let her know that also. Just because she may feel like superwoman all of the sudden doesn't mean she is and can hurt herself.
 
Thats gonna be a main thing. It should workout amazing for her. She naturally has a nice butt and thighs, that's where she holds her weight. So building muscle under it and losing some can only be good things.

It will be a lil bit before she takes any peds, im more excited that she will be doing the right workouts with her body and that I have a partner now. + motivation

Would put her on 2iu ED HGH upon waking before cardio... HGH is good, HGH loves everyone (if legit)
Definitely good advise. I won't let her try anything speed related, it kinda freaks her out if she hasn't already used it. Guess that's old age.

Hgh is the only other thing I have considered but thinking I should take my time adding anything even the var. Basically I will slowly source some things (also for me) verify it's as it should be, while dialing in our routine.

I gotta figure out her diet so she doesn't try starving herself. I'm used to just killing 5000 to 6000 calories per day and having a fast metabolism. Her I actually have to figure out how to get the right stuff into 1500 to 2000 calories. She is 5'5" 160lbs usually she is 135lbs but since the pandemic she has gained weight.

She doesn't care what I take. Recently she has been trying some of my viagra and that shit is amazing. Both girls that I have given it too loved it and I could tell a major difference. The first chick was cialis but it makes them swell up like they are in heat and dripping wet.
