Good morning to all, and happy Monday!
My bad @Eman - I got wayyyy side tracked. This weekend was a Christmas party at the house, so I allowed myself some alcoholic beverages one more time, god love whiskey and beer. Well, off to start the week. Breakfast is here.

My famous breakfast bowl.

75g carb worth of southern style hash brown
1 whole egg - 3 egg white
4 turkey sausage links

Normal protein shake of egg whites and whole eggs and what not... anyways, let's all kick some ass this week. Start your week off right and positive!

After some manipulation and dropping a bit of unwanted weight I like the look I'm at right now. I find it a great starting point. I weighed in at 205 today - I plan to begin tomorrow or Wednesday.

Here's some shot from today to show you guys a full example.

No worries my man. Busy weekend myself. I didn't have time to try your legs routine the other day, just my normal squat programming. We'll pick back up again once your balls deep in blast.
 
Ahhh, so it seems I start.

Have been on insulin for a total of three days now. You can find the information and protocol above. I've worked up to 10iu insulin @ 74g carbs. I really liked the way I felt today and I think I'm going to stay here for a bit and then possibly go to 12iu for 80g of carbs and that be my finished spot.

Dbol has been in my body for about 6 days now, 50mg ED - Appetite is down but I'm putting it in my head it's mental and I'm just stuffing my face. It's nice because I get 3 meals at work - so why not stuff my face?

Today I made the first pin of my test and deca mix. It's 250 test and 150 deca per ml. I pinned 2.5cc in the top right quad - felt great - 27g 5/16"

Today I felt extremely full - I've locked down my diet more the past week because I wanted to truly be lean and with minimal water on my body this year. I'm not a once a year bodybuilder, I want to maintain my look and I'll eat as much shitty prepped meals as it takes. Here's some shots from today along with my meals.

The meals are good (breakfast and pre workout) after that it's stick to the script.. post workout 1 cup oats, 1 banana, 1 cup egg white, .5 cup soy milk .. after that chicken and rice twice and then steak and rice and then I'm letting supper be my cheat of the day. 4K+ calories now. Weight is @ 201lbs and I find it a good starting point. I feel much better than I did at 208 a week ago.

Looking good! You noticing and bloat in the face from that humalog about 2 hours after using it? Sometimes it gives me a bit, also in the sides of my abdomen.

Thanks man. Hopefully it will be a bad ass blast. Honestly I haven't paid much attention in the abdomen, but in my face? Yes. I have noticed a bit of bloat but where I introduced dbol and slin at the same time I can't really comment which one. Tomorrow I'll check to see if it increases during workout, etc.
 
I might like this run better then you. Keep it up man. Can't wait to the ending results.

post where on your quad you injected. i know you said top right. if i go too high, or low for that matter i always get pip in quads in those spots. you obviously cleaned up the area, fresh spike, non shakey hands and heated up oil before hand?

What I've found to work other than hearing the oil up with high volume injects, is to massage the area out afterwards. I have this hand held thing that has a massage ball inside of it and running that over my quads a few times pre inject and for 5 minutes post injection always seems to help.

I'll definitely invest in one, used to have that. I could definitely see the advantage, hell yeah!

PR: DB incline bench
35x15 - 55x10 55x10 80x8 80x8 110x8 110x6 110x8 -- once I finish 110 for 8 on all 3 sets I'll go up to 115. Nothing too exciting going on. I'll post more detailed tomorrow. I got some rambling to do. Shot from today.

* I do this pose a lot on chest days because I feel like a front lay spread truly shows all.

God.. sorry for the shit updates. I feel like shit. Temperature has been around a 100 daily, the PIP I've had in my quads is crippling from 2.5cc of 400mg/ml a shot.. expected somewhat. My shots are now 1.25cc in each leg every 5 days - I have to do this until I am
Able to handle the 2.5cc in each.. don't know if I ever will be able to. On the bright side of having pneumonia like symptoms, feeling like I'm hit by a truck, limping everywhere I go, I'm still going hard and setting PRs as of right now. The worst part about it is my appetite, I'll take some pain and feeling like shit.. but I have to eat to grow- this shit feeling is a major set back. But - I'm gonna keep going. Legs today, hopefully I'm able to squat without my head exploding, we will see.
