Thinking of trying T3!

I'm currently In a deficit doing daily cardio and looking to boost my fat loss so I'm thinking of adding t3 for 6-8 weeks or so. 25mcg first week then bump to 50mcg for 5-6 weeks then drop down to 25 for another week then stop. Has anyone experienced bad sides from T3? Thanks.

I'm assuming you enjoy arguing how right you think you are on the internet with strangers.
Assume away, I assumed by your cookie cutter thyroid hormone conversion explanation that you don’t understand the GH/thyroid reaction. How right I think I am implies I’m wrong, it also sounds subjective, which it isn’t. Whatever you do, though, make sure you don’t read about it.

Well you obviously proved my assumptions while repeating yourself, good job.
Your assumption is what, “how right I think I am?” I’ll go ahead and argue that right/wrong is absolute. Or is the assumption that I like arguing about being right or thinking I’m right? Wtf are you even assuming? Instead of making stupid assumptions, go read instead or regurgitating generic, useless information.

There is not going to be a constructive conversation between the two of us with your posts where you decide that you're the arbiter of right, wrong, and or useless information. Whatever you do, just keep repeating the key words "GH/thyroid reaction" until you feel like you've been constructive enough to call it a night.

Dig the screen name, but, again, you’re making right/wrong somehow subjective. It is not. I’m sorry if basic endocrinology doesn’t apply to you. It’s all here, bro, all you have to do is read. There won’t be a constructive conversation because somehow you’re under the impression that growth hormone doesn’t affect T4 levels. Your post about t4 conversion is accurate, however, in the context of using growth hormone and depleted t4 levels, it doesn’t apply. But, by all means, default to ad hominem arguing instead of defending an actual point.

The reason you may have felt shitty on GH is low T4 or your blood glucose out of whack. I’m not telling you that’s the fix, that’s for bloodwork to determine. Get a cheap, blood glucose test kit if you fire up the GH again as well. Shouldn’t feel shitty on GH, most likely a simple tweak, which would be FAR better than using T3, IMO, and that’s not thyroid fear mongering, shit just flattens you out and eats muscle.
I have a monitor and my bg doesn't go up all that much on low dose, but I do feel shitty.

That’s possibly thyroid, despite what wolf of Odin says. I’ll see if I can dig up the recent post by a member who got bloods on GH, his T4 was in the shitter. Judging by your screename, you may be in one of the totalitarian states that doesn’t allow self bloodwork.

I've had TONS of bloodwork the past few months and everything has come back well within range including thyroid function. I'll most likely just stick to aas and drop more cals and add an extra 20 minutes of cardio per day.

If you’re hell bent on adding something for fat loss, I can recommend salbutamol. Been running 8mg/day(2x4mg tabs), just as an experiment. I’ve taken everything(clen,EC, yohimbine), and I’ve had all the negative sides from all of them. Salbutamol/caffeine has caused zero sides, I’ve tracked heart rate and BP the whole week, neither has been impacted and no shaking or skin crawling anxiety.

What results have you attained from the salbutamol. Does it have to be taken before each meal ?

Only on it for a week, but, I’m down a couple pounds. However, I’m also on GH @4iu/day, in a deficit, and doing cardio 6 days a week. But, in the last week, I’m noticeably leaner. No sides is my favorite part. I take it twice a day, doesn’t matter as far as meal timing, once morning, once evening with coffee.

I love hgh, but I think it elevates my bp too much and I don't want to take meds just to stay on hgh. Being mid 40's now less is more so I'm just going to get my bf down to 10%(will do dexa scan just for shits n giggles)and then stay lean year round. I'm still around 16%bf right now so I'm considering adding 1-2 compounds to aid in leaning out then I'll just maintain low bf year round as opposed to the traditional bulking/cutting as bf is just so much harder to burn off after 40, at least in my experience lol:confused:

I’m 47, I haven’t seen a difference in losing fat vs being younger. You’re doing something wrong if that’s the case. Dial in your diet and cardio. I can still bulk and cut like I did in my 20/30s, it’s diet. At 16%, I wouldn’t add anything until I was down to 12%, the compounds won’t do anything when you’re that high. Odd that GH elevates your BP, I’ve not seen that as aside, perhaps something else at play.

Odd how? HGH increases blood sugar and water weight and in turn elevates blood pressure, some more than others I guess. I've done a slew of testing the past few months and everything comes back normal and I'm going for an echo on Tuesday so maybe something there? I've tried 2 different brands of hgh the past 6 months and both times I felt like crap after a week or two so maybe hgh just ain't for me and that's no biggie to me. And I find fat loss harder as I get older same with recovery time as do a lot of aging people I know so perhaps you are just lucky ;)

Recovery, sure, fat loss, no, @malfeasance, what’s your experience with fat loss at your age? Fat loss may be harder in that your maintenance calories may be lower, but, as long as you’re eating under maintenance, your fat loss shouldn’t be harder. Throw in cardio and you should be fine.

Yes that is the math, but the body likes to hold onto body fat more as we age.

I fucking hate T3 can't have a good pump in the gym no matter what and you look flat as fuck. It's depressing running T3.

Only thing I would again was running 12,5mcg a day to increase protein synthesis
i would say on cycle you can go up to 25µ, get the benfits of more anabolism due to increased protein syntheysis and no catabolism.
for fat lose, i would go to a max of 50µ on cycle.
