Thoughts on cycle and souces and general shit

You sound like a crossfitter.

I've been to a crossfit gym and I have a garage gym but I have never actually paid some dumbass at crossfit a $150/month to train me when I know more than them. I just kind of grew up from all those Muscle and Fitness magazines and Joe Wieder products and all those Arnold and Ronnie coleman articles after the 90s. There are a lot more functional general fitness training programs out there now than cross fit that are more well rounded. You have Exos which is a well rounded gym that all the football players use for combine and a lot of baseball players use. Over where I live theres Michael Johnson performance center. Lots of these type of gyms that are good solid well rounded program. If you still want to place emphasis on strength (like 75% strength 25% cardio) you can do that. If you want to place more emphasis on conditioning 25% strength and 75% cardio (like MMA fighters for example) you can do that.

Trust me I was there with you all in the 90's. I had a subscription to Muscle and fitness and Flex magazine and I used to follow those guys bodybuilding and eating programs like it was the bible. But we're like 20 years removed from those days...lol.

The disparity between his bench and rest of numbers? Dude don’t let these bodybuilder and powerlifter guys living the dream from the 80s bother you about bench press. No one cares about bench nowadays. Chicks dig squats, olympic lifts, and deadlifts now. Its all about nice posterior chain, core and shoulders. Bench is rough on shoulders and not a real functional exercise anyways. The straight overhead press is better.

This thread is 3 months old...My question is why are you answering something this old?

Geeze I haven't looked at this thread in a minute... Yeah it's easier for me to push up while I'm standing then out while I'm flat on my back. Sometimes my scapula will pinch and my strengthj ust gives out. I have just started doing incline instead and now I'm repping 295 set of 5. Haven't done a max. The other day I started repping 585 sqaut sets of 5 so im not 100 where my max is any more. Also for the leg press I had 900 lbs on the machine and I had never pushed so many plates, it was a shit ton of plates so pardon me if i was a bit excited, but at a 45 degree angle that means I'm actually lifting like 630.. I thought. Anyways to update, I bought a squat rack for my garage and increased
my plates to 585 lbs, so between my home gym and my regular gym ill never miss a workout. I decided on deca, sust, EQ. My fats gone up a bit I heard deca can do that. Also my diet has gotten sloppy. As for the plant protien I went to about 60 percent of my protien sources (to be honest my diet isn't super on point lately). I don't know if that will clear anything up or not.
