Thyroid Panel need some advice

These bloods were drawn while I was on 260test+210mast+100deca+100mcg IGF LR3+500mg carnitine NO HGH

TSH 4.24 (normal 0.31-5.1)
FT4 0.86 (0.5-1.4)
FT3 2.28 (1.8-4.2)
Everything is in the "normal" range so doctor doesn't give a shit... But it's quite clear that my thyroid is working overtime and not making much T4

If I hop on GH this is just going to get worse right? as more T4 will be converted in T3 so T4 will drop and raise TSH even more correct?

Could this be some selenium or iodine deficiency or is my thyroid just a lazy piece of shit?
I was always skinny so it never occurred to me to do bloods for thyroid before (kind of stupid I know as it can go both ways...)

Really appreciate you guys input on this as the medical system won't help me on this.

Always have baseline data. Unfortunately one data point won't give you directional info.

In very general terms I'll say for hypo people (clinical disease) that abusing androgens / GH will increase requirement for smart thyroid med use. That would mean using T4 or physiologic ratio of T4 to T3 and titrate as needed based on relevant bloodwork (TSH, fT4, fT3).

Yeah thought as much with the lack of baseline
Thats why I was thinking when I introduce GH to check it again and see how much worse it gets and go from there with exo T4.

Do you guys know if Lantus for example plays any role in thyroid function?
I know that thyroid hormones play a role in insulin resistance but don't know if it works the other way around and insulin affects thyroid function...

TSH is pushing high and T4 is pushing low. Retest it later and see what’s changed.

You said you’re taking carnitine. That can worsen thyroid function apparently.
