2 things, one if I didn't know better, I would think tile is a rep for UA, and two you should look in to a sponsorship. I have never seen someone so amped on UA gear. Well, my dad loves that shit too, but he is like 65 now... Honestly in killer shape though, he just did his annual mount Whitney hike a few weeks ago. Maybe it was that UA that pushed him through :)

I'm set on working arm day reverse every other time ., suprised I've overlooked that . This way my closed grip bench and weighted dips I'll be able to go much much harder .. Tri game is gunna get turned up .
Seems like I could work a cple simple sets of bis ed too .. Like 3 sets of curls 2-3 additional times a week as a finisher . Bis never ache like the rest of me from workouts .



you can do this for a short bit, but to long and it will work the opposite. you need to trash your muscles and than let them rest to recover.

ur saying a cple of simple sets of bis eod is too much ? like i was saying i have a hard time ''trashing'' the bis on arm day.. especially while on ..
 
yes, that is what I'm saying. you use you bi's for more than just arm day. they are already getting worked on back day. how many sets of bi's on arm day? if you are using moderate to light weight. you can increase weight and go slower on your movements to stay under tension longer. that will fry your bi's and tri's.
 
Yeah i hear you.. i will try to stay under tension longer. .i do a chit load of sets but there not maxed out..

I do 5 sets of seated machine preacher curls, warm up from 85 # and work to 140 # sets of 10 -12..

superset with vbar cable curls..

(10 sets)
5 sets of hammer curls
supered with 5 sets of ezbar curls
single armed preacher curls with dbs 5 sets..
so thats 25 sets easy.

Im at 207.8 tonight..

25 sets for bi's is too much IMHO. 12 sets and you should be fried, can't touch your head.
 
then im obviously not going quite heavy enough to fry out in 12 .. but remember i cant go full adrenaline mode on my arms with tendonidis on the back burner. like i can hammer curl 70s but i wouldnt dare go above 50 right now, because there is a slight chance of re aggravating that im tapping...

but i get what your saying.. either way at the end of my technique skin is super tight, pump in full effect, im willing to learn or listen to reason thou huck..

you can stay at a weight you can handle without tendinitis acting up. you will have to slow the movement down to get more time under tension.
 
I find with all my injuries, i tend to go lighter than i should. . . idk..
my trainer said i should always shoot to increase my lifts even by the slightest every week. idk. .. higher reps moderate weight, and alot of super sets, and in general alot of 'sets' has seemed to be going good for me. i know i squeeze out a unhuman amount of sets..

today was shoulders

I warmed up with some shoulder rotations, and a foam roller..

military press smith machine , slow and isolated..
135 15
145 12
155 10
185 8
115 20

push presses 5 sets 115

5 sets db raises
5 sets latteral raises
5 sets cable rear delt flys
5 burner sets military press machine
superd with 5 sets latter shoulder machine

thats like 40 sets lol
 
if your knocking out 40 sets you need to up the weight just a tad, to were you can only get 30 sets in ;) the negative part of the movement is the action part of the movement making your body respond to muscle building. for bi's that is trying to hold the weight from going down very fast at all. you can come up at normal speed, but always go down slow as you can. for tri's that is trying to keep the weight from coming up to fast on push downs. if your doing skull crushers you go as slow as you can to touch your skull and go up at normal speed.
