Yesterday was low back abs and calfs ...


I've started rack pulling on that day .. It's feeling pretty good despite a way jacked Lower lumbar .. Basically i warm up do 3-4 sets of hypers supered with reverse hypers and declined sit-ups and hanging ab raises .. Once that brutal ten minutes is up I go right into my rack pulls . This is about my 3rd week or 3rd time incorporating pulling back since surgery a year ago or so.

I'm really intiating my shoulder pinch at the top and keeping absolute neutral with good thoriatic extension when dropping down . Today my hamstrings are as soar as they have ever been . To where they hurt . Glad it's not one sided or I would think I fucked something up. Foam rolled and stretch the shit out of em today before hitting my shoulders.
Love a good shoulder burn ... It's nice lately I've been working hard in the gym and I can tell when I'm aas ' up and I'm still gettn hella soar the day thereafter something is right .
 
Weights holding steady . If I eat like a hog I wake up after piss / shit at 202-203 and go bed at 210 . If I slack I wake at 200 and bed 206-208 .
Just ate out and has some chicken fried steak , broccoli , baked tater , and side salad .. Came home changed out and weighed myself at 211 with another meal to go

Yeah man .. this food processesor is the bomb i picked up. Just threw in 24oz Milk... bannana, 2 scops of whey , peanut butter big ass scoop, 2 cups of non fat greek yogurt.. blend .
i havent even calculated the protien but its gott be like 60-100 grams.. and it tasted great
Throw in about 1/2 cup of oatmeal Tile and it'll look like my shakes in the mornings.
