Been still only doing 350 ew so prolly 200mg ew . Got prolly 6-8 bottles left will use next cycle on a strong front load .

My tendonidis has done fine . I stretch religiously and foam roll for mya fascia release or whatever the fuck u call it .

Today I did low bak / calf and abs . So low back was rack pulls / hypers / reverse hypers , crunches , ab raises ..
Smith machine calf presses heavy, sitting calf press machine , single
Leg calf raises manually. Seated leg press calf presses .

Then cardio 30
Min till shoulders and soaked and back ..

Then I did 4 sets of bis on preacher curl
Hammer machine . Supered with 4 sets of vbar cable
Curls

Supered with 4 sets of tri rope pushdowns , and supered with tri cable kickbacks . Wen this was done I was about smoked . But I did 2 drop sets of ezcurl bar curls supered with body weight dips .

Of the actual aas cycle ... Marcus pretty happy w last few months ...carb cycling too soon to say but I'm seeing fat loss just between restarting cardio and eating cleaner . With this carb cycling I could see mass fat rolling off and I hear ur body is more in a " anobolic " state when carb cycling we will see .
