N there still puffy day 3 post . And the compression garmet they gave me is like a 6" ace bandage pos that keeps slipping down . Pissn me off .
Upside is I feel fine .. We bit soar but nothing a Tylenol wouldn't help . But two weeks I can tell I'll be out the woods. Unless ofcoarse my areoles don't shrink . The incision is underneath them and the stitches are those little strips put up at a 45 degree angle so maybe there contributing to the ongoing puffiness idk . I was hoping instant fix . I mean if I got wait for swelling to clear out great and for tissue to re attach properly that's one thing. But if I need nip revision ima be full blown pissed. They look like flat tires lol

Are these all pre-op pics? Cuz you look big, shredded and vascular in the first two, without gyno even being noticeable. I know how it can become more or less evident depending on your bodyfat and pec muscle size at the time. It's about time doctors check for this when boy's are going through puberity and establish some standard protocol to deal with it. Maybe new drugs developed exclusively for men. Or taking preexisting ones and giving them a new name to be prescribed as anti-gyno drugs for men. I believe the gyno I have wasn't cause by aas. In fact weight-lifting lowered my bodyfat and increased my pec size to where it wasn't even really noticeable. And then taking nolvadex just as a precaution, since I figured I was sensitive to it reduced it even more. I'm taking some ugl aromasin 25mg ed, and nolva 20mg ed. I'm not sure how good it is though. I suspect the nolva might be underdosed and as for the exemstane, I'm not sure what it contains. I'm going to get some liquid nolva from somewhere I trust to see if my suspicions are correct. I really hope not cause there is no excuse to sell bunk anciliaries.

I'll check them out and add them to my to research site list. I used to use choicechems and the site they were before they changed their name to choicechems. Ever since they stopped I've kind of been in R.C. limbo. I tried sten, not impressed. I believe the last site I tried was research chemicals usa. I liked them but aren't sure if they're still around. Dang, I miss choicechems.

Yeah all are pre op . Ty . I'm in good shape but slight gyno has been there

Yes I'd like to compete possibly and it always bothered me ... There were solid lumps under the nipple almond sized maybe two per side

So I'm sure I missed it. It was nothing letro could have reversed or it was pre existing before aas?

Tile, did your surgeon suggest rolling and deep tissue massage after a couple weeks? Ive just seen that in some of my research. Was curious if your guy is a believer in that for breaking up the scar tissue and gettin things to sit nice and flat

well ... he is not in my town, so consult was done via me sending pics. arrived day before sugery. met for about 2o minutes. he is a nice guy, nice bedside manner, but not a ton of time was given to me to explain aftercare, compression...whether my nip would return to small size it used to be.. i have a re check on the 27th.. idk..

ive read about massaging it gently yes after the first week, i cant see how ice, intially, than massage, heat / ice, as stitching comes out and healing is taking place cant hurt. same with compression. they gave me a bunk ace wrap instead of vest, but ive discovered a compresssion ua shirt, then the ace over works pretty well

Thank you for sharing this experience @tileguy123

It's something that most people hope to avoid. But it happens.
